I tried to resolve my undelivered package with customer service at FP, never rec'd a response from them until weeks later after I filed a dispute with the bank. The email from FP stated a hold was being put on the acct bc the bank took their money back. I tried to call to explain, the "delivered" status is not correct. CS was so RUDE. They then said I would need to file a stolen package with the police. What?? The package was never delivered. Their words were, "we have to go by what it says, that it was delivered". I've been shopping with them for over 20 years. They want to block me from shopping with them? No need, I will never shop their products again. Horrible CS.
