TERRIBLE! I ordered 2 different deliveries in 1 week & they messed up 3 different times. The 2nd set was 3 days late, wilted to where they were bent over in half, & looked nothing like what they were supposed to. Then their customer service is a complete joke! Didn't refund all of my money for this order - barely 50%!!!(thats only because I had a coupon for the first order being messed up - they never issued any refund for that at all!) I will never use this service ever again! I will pay the extra for 1-800Flowers, atleast they seem to know what they are doing, this FromYouFlowers definitely does not!
