Flowers were sent to my cousin in Missouri for her Birthday. Ordered 2dz Rainbow Roses with a customized photo vase (and the photo of us came out perfectly clear). She said she has never received such beautiful roses before and loved the vase (her favorite part)! They arrived on time and per my cousin, well packaged. My only wish is that they could have been delivered on her exact birthday, which fell on a Sunday this year. The customizable vase option made up for it though.
