Never, ever, order from them. I have never given a scathing review before but this is worth it😡. Ordered flowers 2 weeks before i needed them sent. I ordered what they showed on their web site only to find out at 4:50 on day of delivery that the particular bouquet I ordered is only a special occasion bouquet. I can choose something else to be delivered next day. The problem is the day I wanted it delivered was my mom’s 94th birthday. They had 2 weeks to fix this issue before delivery. I got a voice mail to return call and it said it was second call. I don’t have another voicemail from them. They could have simply emailed me back after the order to ask me to choose another bouquet. I am so angry after planning everything out for my mom’s BD and mother’s day since I am traveling during these dates. I will go back to ordering local. Such a disappointment.
