First time flowers were a day late, second order flowers were never delivered for a funeral despite paying a same day delivery and expedited delivery charge. I will NEVER use this company again. You are much better off ordering directly from the local florist. I guarantee you will be disappointed using this company. Don't be lured by the discount coupons and good prices.
