My husband ordered flowers for me for our wedding anniversary. He paid extra so they would be delivered in the morning. They were never delivered in the morning. I am actually still waiting for the flowers and it is after 7pm now. My husband called early in the afternoon and the company gave him a small refund for the flowers not being delivered as promised this morning. He just called the company again because the flowers have still not been delivered and he asked for a full refund which the rep refused to do and my husband was told the flowers would be delivered tomorrow! This is the first and last time we are ever ordering from this unreliable company.
