Sentiment from my daughter was wonderful. The flowers, however, came in a damaged box, no water or anything in the glass vase. More than 4 of the flower’s stems were broken and the flowers were hanging. The scented white flowers were losing their leaves on opening the box. The roses and other flowers never opened. It was terrible. One star is too many for this company. Emailed them and they asked for the contact info. On emailing for status report, they stated - could not find the ordering info and asked for it 2more times. Geesh!!!! Finally called- as usual out of the country answering service- would not answer my questions about the quality of shipping. Finally stated they would send another arrangement.
