The FROM YOU FLOWERS advertised "business deliveries between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm" but my order to the funeral home on 5/16/25 was not delivered and received an email with attempt to deliver at 6:15 pm after funeral home is already closed. I called customer services, contacted live chat several with response of we will attempt to deliver again tomorrow, what good is flower after the funeral service is over.
