What I ordered was not what I got. I was embarrassed by the flower arrangement that was sent on my behalf. I paid to ensure I would have a beautiful full arrangement but that is not what I got. They offered a discount after I made a complaint with customer service but I did not want a discount I wanted not to be embarrassed by the flowers I sent. This was the item description for what I ordered on their website: The Cotton Candy bouquet is the perfect arrangement to send to someone special in your life. What was received was a puny bouquet of daises. Will never order from them again
