Placed an order for a sympathy plant for a friend who just lost her husband. This morning I received a email that the delivery would be made today. This afternoon received another email saying that they were unable to secure a florist for delivery. Asking if I would like something sent out of their special gift box instead. Called customer service could not understand a word the gal was saying. Asked to speak to someone different. The second person was not any better. Asked for a refund. Was told That the refund was made. I immediately get another email reordering my original order.Customer service should have people that can speak good english that you can understand. I now need to contact my credit card and dispute 2 charges instead of one. I will never use them again.
