Flowers did not get delivered on original delivery date. FTD stated an attempt to deliver was made but no one answered the door. Well the recipient WAS home and a Ring Doorbell at the residence. The doorbell did NOT ring and NO alert from Ring. Hmmmmmm

Unfortunately my flowers were never sent. FTD did keep me updated...but they were unable to complete the order in my area. I just wish the arrangement was never offered. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ARRANGEMENT OF FLOWERS I GOT MY GIRLFRIEND BIRTHDAY They have no water when they delivered them and they look dry flowers. So I will not recommend want to buy any more flowers from you guys.

This order had a happy ending. When first ordered for my sister-in-law's birthday, the gift was to arrive on her special day. While checking the tracking it was taking way to long, and then I was informed it was to be rescheduled for delivery the next day, this was a food basket. It did arrive the following day, packaging was in disarray, dry ice melted. FTD replaced the order, all came in good order. Thank you.

Horrible. Ordered flowers on Sunday for same day delivery to a friend whose mother died. Only found out today, Wednesday,’ that they are just now “ready for delivery,” with no date provided, and only by calling did I find out they won’t be delivered until tomorrow - and I don’t trust they’ll be delivered. Just cancelled the order because I don’t trust your company and will use another florist.

I love ordering through FTD beautiful arrangements every time delivered on time. The only problem I have is when I do order if they never put a tag stating who it’s coming from the note I left I don’t know why this happened. I usually have to call the person I sent them to you to see make sure they got them. You need to make sure you do this. Follow up when you send out the flowers, but I will use you in the future just as I have and we should give me more perks sampling🤦‍♀️

I paid $132.40 for the "Rays of Life Bouquet - Deluxe" to be delivered to my mom on her 90th birthday. I get a email stating it wasn't going to be delivered. I called and the agent sent the order to a different florist for delivery. It wasn't delivered and stated it would be delivered the next morning before noon. It wasn't! I said if it's not delivered by 6pm to cancel the order. It was delivered approx. 7:30PM. The bouque she got was no better than flowers you could get at the grocery store for $20 bucks! I know, she sent me a picture of it, TERRIBLE! I'll never again use your service

Ordered and received the most gorgeous rose arrangement for my Grandfather's funeral. Not only was it big and beautiful, it was half of what the funeral home would have charged for the same amount of flowers.

Flowers were left in a hallway not Delivered to the actual office , the person who the flowers were meant for received them the day after after a fellow employee found them outside , no calls to ask where the office is ,, never would ever use or recommend

Worse bouquet I have ever seen. We ordered the flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered 2 days later on Thursday. I thought the flower order would go to a local FTD florist but delivered till the requested day. Later that day I received an email the flowers were being shipped from Texas to be delivered on Thursday. I live in Idaho. I happen to be at the recipient's home when the flowers got there. The flowers were wilted and some half dead. I was able to notify FTD 2 days letter and the situation was rectified. I will continue to order from FTD, but hopefully will not go through this again.

I ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. On Thursday I received an email with a UPS tracking number that said the flowers would arrive on Monday. When they arrived, the flowers were dried out and stinky. What a terrible experience

Service was prompt, but the arrangement was 100% green plants with no blooming flowers that were shown in the pictures when I made the order. Disappointing.
