Don’t ever use FTD. Order two dozen roses for 21st anniversary. Had guaranteed delivery and paid $160 for this… For $24 worth of flowers. Called five times on the day of delivery to make sure they were delivered and they said they were on the truck and they were never delivered and then they told me well maybe we can get them tomorrow or the next day. Unacceptable business model. Don’t ever use this company

1st, I thought FTD used local florists. This order was from Texas to Denver!! 2nd, Order was delivered with NO water, left outside in 90* weather!! All died!! 3rd, WHO DOES THIS!! YOU GET ZERO STARS FROM ME! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered flowers in advance for a staff members birthday. We had the celebration without the flowers and I still have yet to receive them. I need the flowers or a refund today!

I ordered an arrangement days ago for a funeral service which was never delivered. Trying to correct it by offering to deliver flowers after the fact is not an acceptable alternative, nor would they provide the name of the local florist who was supposed to make the delivery. Total fail and I wish I had checked the reviews before using FTD.

Think about twice! Took my order and my money, the window was from 8am to 8pm, not a text, not and email or a call. Flowers were never delivered even though I placed the order 4 days in advance. Cancelled and they took forever to refund, they suck! Never again!

I ordered the happy bouquet for my daughter that had back surgery, they sent me a pic, it looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered, nothing about it looks like the pic. No happy face mug, no sunflower, the foliage is completely different, I could have gotten a better bouquet from a grocery store and I spent $85 dollars . I did call them they are sending a nother bouquet and 30%off but still. I don't think I will ever use them again. What a let down. Photos attached.

My fault bad experience with my floral arrangement that I had ordered online was not as described on website, so the beautiful lies with a nice floor arrangement I received them 4 flowers in a large vase so I called and complained they said they would send a replacement the next day it took two days

If I could leave zero stars I would! I ordered the DELUXE version for a coworkers wife fighting breast cancer to brighten her day. Well she sent a thank you and the picture she sent me was a photo of a couple roses. NOT a deluxe version at all, it has more leaves than flowers. I sent an email to complain and they refused to refund anymore and said they would send the correct version. I agreed, my coworker thought they delivered a second in error because they are THE SAME ONES! Not only that they are wilting after 2 days!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE because this is what $110 gets you!

If I could give a ZERO u would! I ordered flowers for my childhood friend’s brother on Sunday for a delivery for that Tuesday. Today is Thursday and the flowers STILL haven’t arrived!! The tracking and FTD said they will arrive TOMORROW! Well the funeral was TWO days ago. The rep, Sinora first said my friend could pick them up at funeral home! What?!?! Then she said they can send send them to her home. I gave Sinora my friend’s home details. She said they would be delivered tomorrow by 9pm. I also asked for a full refund, she said she can give 30%. I asked for a manager and she went to talk with “the team” for the 4th time and said 50%. Or cancel the order, get a full refund and no flowers to my friend. She put me on hold a couple more times and The final time she said now they cannot deliver flowers to my friend!!!!! After about 35-40 minutes on the phone with her I gave up and she cancelled the order. Now I have to call another florist, I’ve had better interactions with 1-800-FLOWERS. I WILL NEVER USE ftd AGAIN!! They need better vendors, this isn’t the first time but I was giving them another chance.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for nearly $70 for my grandfather’s widow. We do not live in the same state, so ordering the bouquet online seemed to the most feasible option for sending her an arrangement. I called her to make sure the flowers arrived because I was informed via website notifications that they were delivered, but a photo was not included in the delivery notice. She sent me a picture of the flowers that she had received that day. There were 3 bouquets in the photo. None of the arrangements looked like what I ordered. Two of the bouquets were very pretty and the other one was clearly a sweet thought. I called FTD to complain that my arrangement had not yet been delivered despite having paid for same day service. Customer service sent me a picture of the flowers sitting on the stairs leading to my grandfather’s home. Initially I didn’t recognize the house because we don’t use that door to access the home. Then I became irritated because the photo was of an arrangement that I had not ordered. Clearly, there was a mistake. The mistake was using FTD to provide a gift for someone I care about. I cannot express the disappointment I felt as I realized that the unattractive floral arrangement was the one that was sent from me. I will never use this service again! What I ordered was sweet and dainty. I picked colors that I knew Nana would like. What was sent looked like it had been robbed from a nearby gravesite. Thank you for nothing. This has been the worst experience ordering flowers online. Do yourself a favor and find another provider. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 3rd. It is now the 7th. Day after day emailing an AI customer service account, on the phone with customer service over and over being promised it’ll arrive the next day. False promises, no updates. Nothing but disappointment and letdown for myself, but more importantly for who I ordered the flowers for. 5 days later, still no update. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 out of 5, I would. Ordered at $70 bouquet scheduled for delivery two weeks ago that has yet to be delivered. Customer service has been no help at all in fixing this. They tell me it was delivered, but that is not true.

The last 3 deliveries have been very sub par. Most recent delivery had the wrong vase and flowers on ad were purple and what was delivered was pink flowers, previous two times flowers were to be delivered to a school and the recipient ended up receiving her flowers several days after they were scheduled. If I had another option for flower delivery, I would use it.

I asked for refund but you ignore it and email insisting me to order again from a company that was not able to deliver as promised . FTD flowers did not make a proper delivery for me. It was left outside and customer service had said they would deliver it in person. I will never order from FTD flowers ever again and am requesting you to mail me a check with refund as a good business practice.

FTD flower delivery. The flowers I ordered as a thank you for a friend were not only delivered after business hours at my friends place of business but they were not anything like the picture they advertised online. What they sent after my friend had left for work was pitiful. I requested a full refund. They offered me $20 on an order over $100 that looked nothing like what I requested. Don’t waste your money on the company. I am so disappointed and embarrassed.
