“Bought flowers for my daughter’s birthday and flowers showed a day late and dead. FTD refunded the money I paid extra to ensure timely delivery but have completely lost my trust. Easy to order flowers but what good is it if shipped in a box and dead. Don’t waste your money get a local florist these guys are crooks”

“The 18-pink rose vase came as advertised on the website and on-time. The flowers were large and fresh with no blemishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I'd definitely order from FTD again in the future.”

“Flowers were beautiful but arrived after the Celebration of Life. FTD Customer Service handled it beautifully with a refund. Disappointed but will use this service again as I have always had a good experience with FTD.”
