“I have ordered from FTD twice in the last 6 months. Both times the orders were to congratulate my children on opening a business. The March ordered arrived 3 days late. I did not complain and I accepted that things happen. It was unfortunate but not life altering. I gave them another try and they failed again. I placed an order on July 12th to be delivered on July 15th for a Grand Opening. I have reached out several times and now they are saying it should be there by July 17th. This is unacceptable for orders that were each over $100. Contact a florist directly in the town you are sending to and avoid FTD at all costs.”

“Flowers I ordered were substituted and not the quality I paid for. Instead of roses and carnations, the arrangement had mostly daisies, lupin, a few carnations and 2 large day lilies. They were in a plain, clear vase instead of the nice wooden box.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. I got an apology email stating that the flowers could not be sent on that date. They said that the flowers would be sent instead on Monday, the 14th. I received another of the same emails stating they couldn't be delivered today but they would deliver them on the 15th. Really? What's the point of asking for a date that you want flowers delivered if you're just going to deliver them when you darn well please? I canceled the order and am so disappointed with this company. There's no excuse for this! Buyer beware!”

“We bought a bouquet of flowers for my motheer in laws birthday. We received a picture from her and it looked nothing like th boquet I ordered- different colors and different flowers. Even worse, the petals of many of the flowers were falling off on day 2. Very disappointed.”

“I wish I would have remembered my first experience with FTD. The flowers were fine, but the delivery was unpredictable and unreliable. FTD will not allow you to contact the florist directly, so you end up stuck in the dark with only vague information to work with. Take my advice, do a little research and contact a local florist directly. Without the middleman (FTD) you can contact the florist directly and you’re likely to get a nicer arrangement with the money saved on the florist’s end. FTD ended up ruining what was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, which is kind of the main goal. Having worked in the floral industry some years ago, I should’ve known better. Never again!”
