“The 18-pink rose vase came as advertised on the website and on-time. The flowers were large and fresh with no blemishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I'd definitely order from FTD again in the future.”

“Flowers were beautiful but arrived after the Celebration of Life. FTD Customer Service handled it beautifully with a refund. Disappointed but will use this service again as I have always had a good experience with FTD.”

“I have to say I’m from a time when you placed an order for flowers that it was sent to a local florist and delivered same day, these flowers were shipped from Illinois to Arizona and I just didn’t appreciate that about FTD.”
