“I placed an order for a friend who just had surgery, I wasn’t expecting the floral arrangement to be great. So, I was pleasantly surprised when she texted me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful. Thank you for making her day.”

“The flower bouquets have been wonderful that I have ordered from you. But I think that after three or four purchases you to get a free 19.99 delivery fee. I do order quite a few flowers from you. I’m sure you have the records and I’ll just feel like y’all should give a bonus to the people that continuously order from you every now and then I’m not asking for every time free but just every now and then thank you and y’all did a great service and the flowers were beautiful thanks.”

“I ordered the flowers for next day delivery and they arrived the same day that I ordered them, which was a nice surprise! The bouquet was beautiful (as pictured) and the flowers were fresh. The arrangement was stunning, smelled great, and added cheer (the purpose). I was delighted and would order from FTD again.”

“Love FTD international! This is the second time I have used them and they do not disappoint. My daughter is attending Uni in London and they have both times delivered a gorgeous bouquet that looks like the picture on the website and delivered as promised right on time, they are the only floral delivery I will be using!!”

“I recently had 2 orders with FTD. Both recipients loved them. One order came with a basically deflated balloon so I contacted FTD and they were very sorry and immediately gave me a refund on the cost of the balloon. Was happy with their timely response. Next time I order I would probably have them delivered the day before actual birthday since she didn't get them until after 3.”
