“This order had a happy ending. When first ordered for my sister-in-law's birthday, the gift was to arrive on her special day. While checking the tracking it was taking way to long, and then I was informed it was to be rescheduled for delivery the next day, this was a food basket. It did arrive the following day, packaging was in disarray, dry ice melted. FTD replaced the order, all came in good order. Thank you.”

“I love ordering through FTD beautiful arrangements every time delivered on time. The only problem I have is when I do order if they never put a tag stating who it’s coming from the note I left I don’t know why this happened. I usually have to call the person I sent them to you to see make sure they got them. You need to make sure you do this. Follow up when you send out the flowers, but I will use you in the future just as I have and we should give me more perks sampling🤦♀️”

“I was extremely nervous about ordering flowers through any online flower service. I’ve heard of stories of disappointment and poor quality.
That will not be my experience with FTD. I ordered a funeral spray found online and called the order only due to my concern of timing. The funeral was early morning. So I ordered them this past Sunday and they were delivered on Monday early evening the night before. Fresh and beautiful just what I ordered. Picture included of the beautiful spray that was delivered (Elegant Embrace Standing Spray). I just wanted to say thank you and feeling extremely satisfied with the whole process.
