I ordered a bouquet of flowers for nearly $70 for my grandfather’s widow. We do not live in the same state, so ordering the bouquet online seemed to the most feasible option for sending her an arrangement. I called her to make sure the flowers arrived because I was informed via website notifications that they were delivered, but a photo was not included in the delivery notice. She sent me a picture of the flowers that she had received that day. There were 3 bouquets in the photo. None of the arrangements looked like what I ordered. Two of the bouquets were very pretty and the other one was clearly a sweet thought. I called FTD to complain that my arrangement had not yet been delivered despite having paid for same day service. Customer service sent me a picture of the flowers sitting on the stairs leading to my grandfather’s home. Initially I didn’t recognize the house because we don’t use that door to access the home. Then I became irritated because the photo was of an arrangement that I had not ordered. Clearly, there was a mistake. The mistake was using FTD to provide a gift for someone I care about. I cannot express the disappointment I felt as I realized that the unattractive floral arrangement was the one that was sent from me. I will never use this service again! What I ordered was sweet and dainty. I picked colors that I knew Nana would like. What was sent looked like it had been robbed from a nearby gravesite. Thank you for nothing. I was disappointed with the online ordering. An arrangement was added 2 times without me choosing it. I missed it the second time and it cost me twice of what I needed to spend. Will not use again

I placed my order to be delivered on Sunday, 05/24 for my best friend's birthday and paid extra $ for that however it was delivered a day early. Together with the flowers I ordered a box of chocolates for extra $20 and was very disappointed to see only 4 pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolates in plastic wrap. Comes down $5 per one! Flowers looked ok, not as fresh I'd say and on top of it they put my friend's name together with my last name instead of hers. Go figure.. I am glad it was delivered with the wrong name on it. Would not use this website again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on March 5th. I ordered a week and a half before her birthday. They were not delivered on the 5th. I informed FTD, and all they offered was to call my daughter and apologize- no credit or refund, nothing. Never again. This is the 3rd instance of no delivery on the day requested. Will not order from them again.

I was very disappointed with the flowers I had delivered to my granddaughter in Parrish, FL. Whatever florist you used in that city was sloppy. I attached the photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. It looks like they just shoved a handful of flowers into a vase and stuck a balloon in it. I know that at times the florists you use have to improvise, but this was disappointing.

The arrangement that I ordered to be delivered for my sister-in-law's birthday looked nothing like the picture. She sent me a photo of what was delivered. Very disappointing. The photo on the left is what was delivered the photo on the right is what was ordered

Flowers arrived on time but when my friend sent a photo, it did not even resemble what I ordered. Second time in a row this happened to the same friend. Very disappointing and will reconsider using FTD in the future.

Horrible experience! I've been using FTD for years now to get flowers delivered to loved ones. This year, as I have in years past, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my fiancee at work on Valentine's Day. The first problem I had was that 1 week after I successfully placed an order for sunflowers, I received an email saying they were now out of stock. So I had to call and cancel and place a new order because customer service was incapable of simply updating my current order with new flowers. Now, today, February 14, I wake up to find an email saying that the delivery failed due to the business being closed. My fiancee does work at a sheriff's office, which yes, the lobby is closed on Saturdays. But if the delivery driver would simply look anywhere on the wall or door, he would see there is not only a phone or pick up but also a pager to get connected with someone. I'd door dash can figure this out, why can't UPS? Never had problems like this before. Very, very frustrating.

The only reason for FTD to exist is to communicate with the customer. They don't own the shop, flowers or delivery. They are just a website middleman. You would think that they would be good at communicating. Nope. They have just optimized their website to take you money and upsell you more. I ordered a small bouquet for over $100. I received the order confirmation. Not messaging when the delivery was being prepared, shipped, on the way, estimated delivery time, nothing. Until the delivery was placed in front of the office door, in the hall. They didn't even ring the bell! I received an image 20 minutes later of the lonesome flowers in the hall on the floor. Terrible customer service. I wrote them. They called and asked if the delivery was received. I said yes, they hung up... Really? Save some money and help a small flower shop. Look up a nearby shop in Google, order directly from them. Cut out FTD.

Referencing Order #603457985. I sent a review prior to receiving the photos from the recipient, of which I regret. Order was delivered on day promised, however the quality was totally unsatisfactory and premium arrangement was not as advertised (roses, lilies, alstroemeria). I contacted customer service and was offered a partial refund, and service representative said a new arrangement would be sent to the grieving family. It is my hope that the problem will be rectified for me to continue my business with FTD and to make recommendations to use.

I ordered the most expensive arrangement. It was supposed to have 3 candles, not 2. So it looked like I received the second most expensive arrangement. The delivery was done late in the day and the doorbell was not rung.

I ordered a tropical plant to be sent to my 88 year-old mother-in-law. When I received the picture of where it had been dropped off, I saw that they left it at her driveway by the street instead of taking it up to the door. Seriously! She should not have to go down a flight of stairs to the street to retrieve her plant. And the plant was an orchid that had been sitting outside in Wisconsin in December for at least four hours before I saw the picture that it had been delivered and contacted her. I wouldn’t of ordered from you if I would’ve known how careless customer service is.
