“Usually I love FTD but the mini rose bush I got delivered for my uncle’s funeral looked like it was picked out of a weed bed. It was not shaped like the picture and it looked sparse. Very disappointed.”

“A wrote a review in early May for a floral order which was delivered May 1, 2025. In the review I asked to be contacted concerning the poor quality of the tulip product that was delivered. No one has ever contacted me, so how good is that? In light of that, I think a 2 star rating is generous.”

“I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on 5/9/25, two days before Mother's Day. I paid a total of $125.16 in order to get Saturday (weekend) delivery so that the flowers would be delivered to my mother on/before Mother's Day. However, the order was delivered on the following Monday, over two days late. I am dissatisfied, having paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The petals fell of the roses as I was taking the bouquet out of the delivery box.
I complained to FTD (via the chat function on their website) when I realized they were going to be delivering late (this was before the bouquet actually arrived) and their response was "We can offer you a 30% discount". At that time, I opted for the discount; they "refunded" $19.90 to my payment card (NOT 30% as they stated). Then, when the bouquet finally arrived, the flowers were not fresh; the petals immediately fell off the roses as I took the bouquet out of the box. I used the chat function on the FTD site to complain again about the lateness and now the freshness of the bouquet and their response was to refund me an additional 20% (NOTE: it took two complaints to get the total 30% discount, and as of this writing I do not yet see the discount / refund on my payment card so this is not over yet).
I am very disappointed at the outcome. This has happened in a previous experience (recent year) with FTD but I decided to give them another chance. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.”
“Gorgeous Flowers arrived at our door for our 25th Anniversary! However 2days later some of the Flowers were already drooping and by day 4 a large portion of the flowers were done showing their Beauty! For $110 for a mixed flower arrangement, I was surprised, expecting them to last at least a week. Didn't even get the packet of solution to help them keep longer! The local grocery store flowers are much better at less than half the price!”

The bouquet arrived the following day all she received a 12 white pink tipped roses & some foliage. The bunch of roses only was nothing like the bouquet I had selected online.”
“I ordered sympathy flowers. I picked out the Living Spirit Dish Garden. It was a variety of 3 or 4 plants arranged in a basket with a few blooms added and a bow. I knew that the plants might be different and the bow and the blooms might be different colors based on availability at the time. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner but was so drab. Although the plants were healthy, there was no bow and there were no blooms which is what made the arrangement beautiful. I wish I knew which florist delivered it, so I could write a review for them specifically. Every arrangement at the funeral outshined the dull, mundane, colorless, dreary arrangement I paid nearly $90.00 for.”
“Ok arrangement but LATE. Delivery issues did not show for the day of delivery as promised/Paid for. Superviser promised a full refund plus free next day delivery. I thought that was amazing. The next day as they promised to deliver they did but never came through on the refund. Then I called to follow up and the said "I refused the refund!" Who would refuse a refund??
My friend did get the flowers but a day late after the event but the arrangement was very pretty.

However the vase was completely different, and the flowers were not "arranged". Look like a toddler had shoved them in a Mason jar. Terribly disappointed.”
