I’m very disappointed. I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet and upsized the arrangement (see below). What got delivered was a very seasonal fall bouquet with inexpensive flowers. Additionally, they delivered it after 9:00pm in a gated senior community. Technically she didn’t receive them on her birthday because she was fearful to open her door so late into the night. I’d like a credit for the difference in cost.

Not worth the money. The flowers I sent my sister for my birthday were very disappointing, and came late in the day, after the scheduled window. I've bought better bouquets in the supermarket. After two days, they wilted and looked terrible. FTD did make good on a full refund, but only after I pointed out the policy on their website. That said, the customer service rep was policy and accommodating.

Flowers were not fresh-looking and didn't last long. I paid for them to be in a vase and they came in the box. My daughter was not happy.

I ordered the upgraded Apple Picking bouquet for my sister. The rose count falls way short as does the quality of the arranging and overall stem count. I definitely feel as though I was cheated out of the upgraded bouquet. Most occasions, I wouldn’t ask for a comparative photo as I would consider that to be in poor taste, but since it was my sister, I thought it okay to ask. Delivery was timely so I gave two stars.

I ordered a deluxe set of flowers - flowers sent were not what was pictured. There were more blossoms than the basic but not what was promised for the deluxe.

I sent my friend who was hospitalized unexpectedly flowers from FTD. Big mistake. The picture of what he was supposed to get was lovely and lush. What he actually got was sparse and very disappointing. I spent $90 and I might as well have thrown it away. I emailed my disappointment and they said they were refunding 25%, but the amount they said was actually 22.7%. Nothing will erase the embarrassment I feel.

My last order never arrived to my niece. She was going to display it next to her mother's urn, during her life memorial. My niece was heart broken. The other order from this florist was delivered to the wrong address.

One of the stems of the 15 sunflowers was broken up at the flower when they arrived. We opened them up right away but they never really opened up fully. Certainly nothing like the photograph on their site of the gorgeous huge sunflowers. I also completed their survey and asked to be contacted but have heard nothing. Overall, a very disappointing experience

The message on the card said “no message”. I clearly selected “just because” as the reason so that would have been a better message to put on the card vs “no message” in writing

First name, your program cannot autofill, that is pretty bad- the flowers were marginal,several stems were past prime, obviously the shop was anxious to unload them, overall all very disappointed- will not order again

Technically flowers got delivered. However they looked nothing like the photo, half as many flowers. The expectation vs delivery were so disappointing. Giving 2 stars cause they gave me a 50% refund.. but never again!! So much for sending my mom a nice gift. Looked like someone just grabbed random flowers and put them in a vase

I gave a 2 star rating because FTD failed to deliver the flowers on time. They were late even though the same day fee was refunded I feel like ftd should have done better and refunded the entire amount or upgraded the flowers.

The flowers were not sent from a local florist but instead were sent via UPS and stuffed in box. We sent sympathy flowers to my aunt who had just lost her husband and she had to then arrange the flowers herself. Just what a grieving widow wants to do. I also sent multiple emails about this that were ignored so here is my review that FTD wants me to leave

I sent the keepsake box with plants for a friend who in the past 1 1/2 years has lost her brother, then a year later her sister, shortly after that her young adult son and just recently her mom. When it was delivered, she called to thank me, but stated it looked like it had just tipped over in the delivery car/truck. Plants and dirt had fallen out everywhere. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a 30% refund. I told them I didn't think that was fair and felt like she deserved a new arrangement, then I was offered a 50% refund. I was refunded only $35 which was not 50% Ramona
