The flowers looked very cheap, were not like the picture. They also had a big tacky ribbon in the arrangement

Referencing Order #603457985. I sent a review prior to receiving the photos from the recipient, of which I regret. Order was delivered on day promised, however the quality was totally unsatisfactory and premium arrangement was not as advertised (roses, lilies, alstroemeria). I contacted customer service and was offered a partial refund, and service representative said a new arrangement would be sent to the grieving family. It is my hope that the problem will be rectified for me to continue my business with FTD and to make recommendations to use.

I ordered the most expensive arrangement. It was supposed to have 3 candles, not 2. So it looked like I received the second most expensive arrangement. The delivery was done late in the day and the doorbell was not rung.

I ordered a tropical plant to be sent to my 88 year-old mother-in-law. When I received the picture of where it had been dropped off, I saw that they left it at her driveway by the street instead of taking it up to the door. Seriously! She should not have to go down a flight of stairs to the street to retrieve her plant. And the plant was an orchid that had been sitting outside in Wisconsin in December for at least four hours before I saw the picture that it had been delivered and contacted her. I wouldn’t of ordered from you if I would’ve known how careless customer service is.

The first order was 3 days late, I got a 20% refund. The flowers arrived dried out. I got a 2nd order. Better, but nothing like the picture. You talk to a call center in India I would guess. It was hard to understand the person plus all the noise in the background.

Flowers arrived at the wrong address late in the day. they were supposed to be a "same day delivery" and I ordered them the day before they were supposed to delivered. my aunt sent a picture and for what i paid they were a very dissapointing quality, they looked wilted,and a couple days old already. have used your service for years and this is the worst delivery by far.

I placed an order for next day delivery, as offered by FTD, for an additional $9.99. This arrangement was due to a critical time in a family member's life. When they were not delivered, I emailed FTD and was notified they would be delivered one week later than the original order!! Three times I responded to their "canned" email response, which indicated they were on track for delivery in one week. I explained we had a difficult time and asked if they could be delivered the next day, again receiving what must have been an AI response they would be delivered one week late. This morning, I called to explain and request they be sent sooner. No, they were in tracking to be sent on the 22nd. However, the positive side was they would refund my money and will still deliver the flowers one week late, sadly not when needed.

Very disappointed that the product that was received was less than what was represented in the advertised image. Blooms were wilted and withered, and the bouguet was not full - certainly not worth the $80 for which I paid.

Undependable delivery. I was very disappointed in the time it took to get a delivery of flowers to my daughter. I had placed the order on Wednesday, 10/28/2025 at 11:23 a.m. By 3:00 p.m. the next day, the bouquet had not been delivered. When I called at 3:23 p.m., to express my dissatisfaction and said that if they were not delivered by 4:00 p.m. I wanted the order cancelled and a refund. It is amazing but 15 minutes later I received an email that the bouquet had been delivered. Why did it take so long? I could have delivered them personally in that time frame! If delivery had been on time and without aggravation, FTD would have received a 5 star review because the flowers were beautiful.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet and upsized the arrangement (see below). What got delivered was a very seasonal fall bouquet with inexpensive flowers. Additionally, they delivered it after 9:00pm in a gated senior community. Technically she didn’t receive them on her birthday because she was fearful to open her door so late into the night. I’d like a credit for the difference in cost.

Not worth the money. The flowers I sent my sister for my birthday were very disappointing, and came late in the day, after the scheduled window. I've bought better bouquets in the supermarket. After two days, they wilted and looked terrible. FTD did make good on a full refund, but only after I pointed out the policy on their website. That said, the customer service rep was policy and accommodating.

Flowers were not fresh-looking and didn't last long. I paid for them to be in a vase and they came in the box. My daughter was not happy.

I ordered the upgraded Apple Picking bouquet for my sister. The rose count falls way short as does the quality of the arranging and overall stem count. I definitely feel as though I was cheated out of the upgraded bouquet. Most occasions, I wouldn’t ask for a comparative photo as I would consider that to be in poor taste, but since it was my sister, I thought it okay to ask. Delivery was timely so I gave two stars.
