The flowers were great however, the ability to deliver on time and the correct day was disappointing. I assume the issue lies with the shipping company but to ask for a delivery on a Saturday, and paying extra for that choice. To have it deliver on Monday was not what I expected

Ordering is very easy but I was disappointed in the bouquet that was delivered to my aunt for her 90 the birthday. I ordered the Premium Blue Skies bouquet (picture included) and I don't think what was delivered was of the same quality (picture inicuded) UPDATE: FTD customer service saw my review and have refunded me 50%. That was a very quick and appreciated response.

They arrived on a hot summer day with no water. Is that how it’s supposed to be? If the box sat in the sun, I doubt they would last very long. Why pay for flowers and vase if it’s a DIY kit? They seemed to be OK and she put them in water right away.

I very disappointed with the arrangement that I had ordered for a sick family member. I don't believe I got what I paid for. I've included the picture of the arrangement from your site & the photo from my recipient. Anyone that knows how to create a floral arrangement knows you need to have height for it to stand out.

Two of the calla lilies were wilted and dead and half the white roses were browning and the others off color. Threw away all but two of the roses.

The flowers arrived in time and most of them were in good condition but the roses did not look good at all. Sending flowers via UPS was probably not the best method.

Would appreciate if delivery confirmation came with a photo of where/how the flowers were delivered, both to confirm delivery and to confirm quality, that final product matched size, scale, quality of the purchased image

Our experience in the past has been pretty good with FTD. The flowers are usually quite nice. For my recent order placed yesterday (9/4/2025), the ordering on line was frustrating at best. The screens were difficult to navigate and when I tried to use the "Place Order" button it kept reverting to the information above it so that button was not visible. After several attempts and finally moving the entire screen myself, I finally was able to place the order. You need to fix that.

Was somewhat disappointed in the arrangement sent. It was different from the picture shown. Not the same color flowers or number of roses that was supposed to be in it. Vase was a different color also. I purposely chose the arrangement because of the noted colors and the ones delivered were very different. Wish someone would have informed me all the substitutions being made. I would have picked something else. Not very happy !

I think the flowers are fine BUT I SENT THEM & DONT KNOW THEIR ARRIVAL CONDITION! & I have concerns about my flowers being delivered BEFORE THE SCHOOL CLOSES!

The flowers were for my mother in law. When she got them she said they were pretty. They were delivered Friday and by Sunday already picking out dead flowers. I would think for almost a $100 they would be fresh. I wasn't happy that was all the joy she got out of her flowers.

I was disappointed that the arrangement I chose was not available in TN. Not the fault of FTD who sent a beautiful bunch of flowers instead.

I ordered the Birthday Brights Bouquet - Exquisite for my niece's 55th birthday, but after receiving a picture from her, I was very disappointed. The bouquet that was delivered is only half the size and not nearly as full as advertised. It's quite disheartening to see such a significant difference between the product I ordered and what my niece actually received for the price I paid. I expressed my concerns via FTD chat. At first, I was only offered a 20% refund, but I explained that the flowers were half the size of what was advertised and I requested a 50% refund. It was approved. I am still awaiting the refund.
