Overall display was beautiful. Unfortunately, two of the roses we're broken upon delivery.

The flowers were ok and they were dilivered on time BUT...the image in the ad shows a specific vase in the shape of a happy face mug type thing. That was the only reason I ordered it. And after going back I've seen that they have been out of this for a while. Basically, fraud. They could have removed that a long time ago and not used it as an advertisement.

While the flowers delivered were accepted w joy - the arrangement was far from the one I chose. So the recipient was very happy - I was Dismayed .

The flowers were beautiful at delivery, but started dying 4 days later and there were supposed to be 24 roses not 20.

The recipient of the flowers that I ordered for informed me that the vase was not the same that I ordered and instead of the vase being purple it was red. I was very disappointed.

The arrangement did not closely resemble the photo on FTD site. No emphasis on roses. I was disappointed it was missing that wow factor.

I ordered birthday flowers for my sister. They were delivered on the requested day, however they sat all night without any wrapping in the rain. She was home why didn't someone let her know they were delivered. Luckily they survived. Christine Kaptur

Flowers were delivered on the wrong days, although early. Wife's arrangement wilted in just a couple days despite following care instructions promptly. First time I've ever had problems with an order in many years. I hope this is not an indicator of things to come.

The price was good. They could not tell me the time of day they were being delivered. The flowers looked very nice - except did not match the photo but matched the style - which was nice….but the birthday balloon was halfway deflated !

The most recent purchase I made this week - the flowers didn’t match what I ordered. Looked nothing like the arrangement I had picked. Was disappointed with it - looked ok but not like what the picture I thought I was ordering first pic is what was delivered and second is the website Picture.

You get points for quick delivery for a last minute order, but the flowers that were delivered look nothing like what I ordered, in terms of size or variety. I understand that substitutions need to be made, but this delivery was disappointing. I have attached a photo of what I ordered and what was delivered. I don’t expect anything in return, but just wanted you to know.

The flowers that were delivered did not look like the flowers in the picture. The picture flowers were pastel, subdued. The delivered flowers were bright, vibrant colors.

I have to say I’m from a time when you placed an order for flowers that it was sent to a local florist and delivered same day, these flowers were shipped from Illinois to Arizona and I just didn’t appreciate that about FTD.
