“Unfortunately my flowers were never sent. FTD did keep me updated...but they were unable to complete the order in my area. I just wish the arrangement was never offered. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.”

“Dear FTD, I consistently use FTD for flower arrangements. They have typically been beautiful and delivered on a timely basis. We recently attended three visitations/funerals and two of the arrangements were lovely. The third arrangement was received today, July 17, and while attractive, was technically not what I ordered and not comparable. I ordered the Radiance in Bloom BASKET. The arrangement that was delivered was in a small, square vase, not a basket, and significantly smaller and not the “Premium” arrangement I paid for. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this arrangement. I expect better service from FTD and the suppliers in the Chicago area. Unfortunately, I will look at other venders going forward.”

“When the flowers in the planter arrived at the recipients home, she told me the flowers were crushed since the box was too small to fit the entire planter and it looked like it was just pushed into the box and the lid closed on top of the flowers.”

“Flowers I ordered were substituted and not the quality I paid for. Instead of roses and carnations, the arrangement had mostly daisies, lupin, a few carnations and 2 large day lilies. They were in a plain, clear vase instead of the nice wooden box.”

“In the past I received a picture of the flowers delivered to the porch. I would like to have seen a picture this time. I have no way of really knowing if the flowers were delivered to the correct house. One of the last times I had flowers delivered by FTD the flowers ended up on the wrong porch.”
Thank you for posting your review. The arrangement order was delivered by UPS, and a tracking number was emailed to you. UPS will have pictures of the delivery when it is available. If there is anything further we can assist with, please let us know.
Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience. Our delivery times vary between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for businesses and 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM for residences. We can always request an early delivery time, but we can not guarantee an exact time. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.
“The flowers arrived on time and were lovely. However, they arrived in a bag of water not a vase which is usual for most flower orders on other sites. If this is "standard" for FTD deliveries, i suggest that the practice is prominently displaced. I would have purchased a vase, if I had known.”
“While the flowers themselves were beautiful, the delivery was not completed until late in the day that was requested. Seems like this would be on the local florist, but thought you may want to know. This was a Saturday delivery request, and I assume the florist would have wanted to have them out and delivered before 3 pm.”
“I ordered a flower for my best friend for Mother’s Day. The flower arrived on time and it was in great shape, but I was just disappointed because I have an add-on gift for that one and it was never included in the package. And they did even bother giving me a notification or what not. I was very excited for that add-gift along with the flower. Overall, the flower looks great, but it would have been better with the additional gift that I ordered that supposed to come with it.”
“Very disappointing. Ordered a birthday arrangement with a Happy Birthday balloon. The kid loves to get balloons! Beautiful arrangement. Arrived on time. But guess what ... no balloon! Very disappointing. Flowers are ordered for special occasions. You would think FTD would understand that and make sure everything turns out exactly as ordered. Ugh! Guess they, too, are just in for the money.”
“Placed an order for a sympathy plant for a friend who just lost her husband. This morning I received a email that the delivery would be made today. This afternoon received another email saying that they were unable to secure a florist for delivery. Asking if I would like something sent out of their special gift box instead. Called customer service could not understand a word the gal was saying. Asked to speak to someone different. The second person was not any better. Asked for a refund. Was told That the refund was made. I immediately get another email reordering my original order.Customer service should have people that can speak good english that you can understand. I now need to contact my credit card and dispute 2 charges instead of one. I will never use them again.”
