“Flowers did not get delivered on original delivery date. FTD stated an attempt to deliver was made but no one answered the door. Well the recipient WAS home and a Ring Doorbell at the residence. The doorbell did NOT ring and NO alert from Ring. Hmmmmmm”

“Horrible. Ordered flowers on Sunday for same day delivery to a friend whose mother died. Only found out today, Wednesday,’ that they are just now “ready for delivery,” with no date provided, and only by calling did I find out they won’t be delivered until tomorrow - and I don’t trust they’ll be delivered. Just cancelled the order because I don’t trust your company and will use another florist.”

“I paid $132.40 for the "Rays of Life Bouquet - Deluxe" to be delivered to my mom on her 90th birthday. I get a email stating it wasn't going to be delivered. I called and the agent sent the order to a different florist for delivery. It wasn't delivered and stated it would be delivered the next morning before noon. It wasn't! I said if it's not delivered by 6pm to cancel the order. It was delivered approx. 7:30PM.
The bouque she got was no better than flowers you could get at the grocery store for $20 bucks!
I know, she sent me a picture of it, TERRIBLE! I'll never again use your service”

Delivered to the actual office , the person who the flowers were meant for received them the day after after a fellow employee found them outside , no calls to ask where the office is ,, never would ever use or recommend”
“Worse bouquet I have ever seen. We ordered the flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered 2 days later on Thursday. I thought the flower order would go to a local FTD florist but delivered till the requested day. Later that day I received an email the flowers were being shipped from Texas to be delivered on Thursday. I live in Idaho. I happen to be at the recipient's home when the flowers got there. The flowers were wilted and some half dead. I was able to notify FTD 2 days letter and the situation was rectified. I will continue to order from FTD, but hopefully will not go through this again.”

“I ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. On Thursday I received an email with a UPS tracking number that said the flowers would arrive on Monday. When they arrived, the flowers were dried out and stinky. What a terrible experience”

“Didn’t get delivered on the selected date. Didn’t ship the flowers til the night before the delivery date from a different state and then claimed a slow down in the UPS system caused the missed delivery date. I attempted to rectify the situation through chat, but they weren’t willing to refund me anymore than 20%. Will be lodging a dispute with my card. STEER CLEAR.”

“Very very disappointed with the arrangement. The picture of the arrangement I purchased - and I upgraded to the more expensive arrangement showed roses and higher end flowers. The arrangement that was delivered had all very inexpensive flowers. This was sent for a relatives 70th birthday so I spent more money to make it extra special as we were not able to fly across country to celebrate. I understand that flower substitutions may be made however, roses are not seasonal and the arrangement should have included them as per the picture on the website. The flowers in the arrangement were all flowers that are generally filler flowers. I doubt I will use your service again and I have purchased and sent arrangements through FTD in the past on several occasions.”

“I have sent many flowers in my life, this was by far he worst experience ever. I sent flowers to someone in the hospital, finding out they were released I immediarely called within an hour to have the address changed to the persons home. Everything was confirmed, and I emphasized to have flowers delivered after 2pm. Receiived confirmation that flowers were delivered at 1:30, OKay so not hte end of the world, except that the flowers were never delivered. Called to inform them of this and they said OKay flowers will be delivered the next day, recieved confirmation that flowers were delivered approximately 9:30 the next morning, but again no flowers. Called again, confirmed address again, FTD stated they would be delivered the next day again. The next day flowers get delivered to the hospital, person was discharged 5 days ago at this point. Called again and said I expect flowers to be delivered tho the persons home, confirmed address again, flowers were delivered the next day. I had the recipient send me a photo, it was nothing like what I ordered and aside from the embarrassment of the entire ordeal, it was a futher embarrassment. The flowers were lopsided in the vase and were pathetic. I expect my money back and will not ever again use this method of delivery.”

“I ordered two arrangements for mother in law’s funeral service. One arrangement did arrive 15 minutes before the service started and one did not arrive at all. When I called about the arrangement they said they would send it out that afternoon (this was after the service and after everyone had left my house) and offered me $12 dollars off. The arrangements were beautiful but what good are they when the event (which is already a sad and stressful situation) is already open. Very disappointed.”

“I would give zero stars if possible. Flowers arrived via UPS without water, in a very hot box. Completely dead. My wife, who is recently out of the hospital, literally laughed at the arrangement. It looks like one of those joke arrangements of dead flowers you send to someone you don't like.”

“I was shocked when my mom’s birthday flowers were an entirely wrong bouquet. Also, flowers were droopy snd petals falling off as she took them out of the box. I complained and they first only gave 25% off. I said that wasn’t really acceptable and they gave another 25%. They are overpriced as it is so in my opinion, 50% off still doesn’t make up for it. I gave up complaining and just wont ever use them again. I am so embarrassed I sent them to my mom. Posting a pic of what I ordered and what was received for $86”
