I highly doubt you will listen and improve since your customer service is all OFF SHORE. I ordered two items to go to the same address for a family funeral and you charged me two delivery charges. I will never order from you again. I will call local florists that do not use your service. I called to ask for help and your OFF SHORE person refused to help. YOU GET A 1 GOOGLE RATING. I WOULD GO NEGATIVE IF I COULD.

I am disgusted with every aspect of this service. The product I recieved was not the product i ordered. It was in a completely different pot. The plant was so severely damaged it was almost unrecognizable. The letter I included was misspelled with special characters instead of the alphabet. When i called customer service the representative said that they are not responsible for how UPS handles the package even though the package was not properly labeled with "handle with care", "fragile" or "this side up" labels so how would the delivery service know how to handle the package. This place is absolute trash. If i could give zero stars i would for poor product, poor customer service, and poor packaging

I ordered flowers on Oct 17th to be delivered for a funeral/ visitation on Oct 24th, they didn't get delivered till Oct 27th, and they looked crappie

If I could give a zero I would. I’m 56 years old and this was the first time I used FTD by referral of a friend. I may not be friends anymore after this experience. I’ve always used another flower delivery website without issue. I ordered flowers for a funeral 5 days in advance of when I needed them delivered. I received confirmation of my order. Then at 1:15 PM on the day they were supposed to be delivered I received a call that they couldn’t deliver them because they couldn’t find a local florist that could do it. I find it hard to believe that that didn’t know before today placing me in a bind. I called my normal place for a delivery and miraculously they were able to deliver them for same day. FTD couldn’t find a way to deliver in 5 days but another company could do same day? I encourage everyone to stay away from FTD and utilize a different company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

What I ordered versus what my 80 year old grandmother received for her birthday. Flowers were scraggely, broken, not the right amount, and were not blooming. I ordered premium and she received a hot mess.

I went on FTD’s website to order flowers for my mother who is in the hospital. The hurdle liking flowers look as though they took them from a cemetery. The flowers were wilted and oranges were dark. I’m not using this company again. I’ve ordered from this company once before and a friend didn’t receive the flowers. I’m done with their company now. I’ve wasted my money. OMG look at the flowers that i ordered versus the flowers that she received. Next stop is the better business bureau

I ordered a month ahead to have flowers delivered on a special day, called 2 times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured they would arrive on time and then told they would arrive the next day only to be told the next day they would arrive at a different date completely unprofessional to not be able to deliver on a date when a customer orders a month in advance.

A substitution was made for my order which I could’ve bought at the grocery store for $20 and thrown together myself. I wasted $100. So disappointed and sad on what should have been a very special day.

Wilted dead flowers delivered on time and smashed rotten strawberries because they were delivered 4 days late sitting in a ups truck Thursday till the following Monday. I. Hot weather. So for my mother's 78th birthday she got dead flowers and food poisoning if she would have eaten the starwberries

I sent flowers to a loved one on their birthday....booked the delivery two weeks in advance. The flowers were a no show. When I contacted FTD they gave me a song and dance and said they would have it delivered the next day with an upgrade. Well...it's the next day and again no flowers. I called for a refund and they said I had to wait until after 8pm to give the florist time to deliver. It's nearly 7 pm and no floral deliveries happen this late. SO! I get to waster more time on the phone tomorrow to try and get a refund. Wish I could give them negative stars for a rating!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a dear friend and when they arrived she sent me a picture of what she received. The flowers were wilted and already turning brown. This is not what I ordered and I expected much better from FTD and their services. This is $132.00 gets you from FTD. I read that there is a 100% money guarantee and all I was offered was $19.00 not acceptable at all. The first picture is what I ordered the second is what she received.

Just ordered a bouquet of flowers that was a little pricey, but willing for my mom. It was on the Internet and advertised as a local floor shop in Florida in their hometown. Turns out after I entered the order online through the local florist. They delivered it to the wrong address on the wrong day. I called the 800 number which I should’ve known, and they said there was nothing they could do. It was evident that the customer service department was located overseas. I do not recommend FTD flowers. They are unwilling to make it right even for an additional cost. Their comment was not our problem terrible customer service and a terrible company that is now run by overseas company.

The flowers delivered were not as described on the website. I paid extra to get the largest bouquet $145 and the arrangement was tiny. I included the two pictures. One of the actual arrangement and one of the arrangement described on their website

I mean you can tell which of these reviews are fabricated and fake bc this service is absolutely AWFULLLLLLLLLL. This company is a scam. I'm giving it diligence even calling it a service bc I received the antithesis of that. Like what could possibly prompt me to leave a negative review about a FLOWER DELIVERY. A service thats supposed to bring happiness brought the opposite. Well lets start the obvious: after talking to them on the phone with three different people, three times today about my order, they STILL got it wrong. What was delivered was not even CLOSE as you see in the pictures. I mean how do you visually screw up a bouquet THAT bad even after we've spoken today 3 freaking times. I feel like they did it on purpose because they were sick of talking to me. Well, why were we talking you mention? Because I was trying to get a hold of the local florist/vendor they were "working with" due to an ancillary request which is something that would have to be accommodated by the vendor, not FTD. They have the most INSANE policy where they won't tell you the name of the vendor they are working with. They claim its a "privacy issue" which is a whole lot of bs. So I went and called EVERY florist in the area (a total of 14 of them) and not a single one of them had reference of my order. EVERY FLORIST i called was kind and accomodating and referenced how ridiculous that policy was. If i just did the right thing and worked with a local florist they would have helped. So FTD I have the company of 13 florists to disgaree with your so called policy. Which leads me to this. It's a policy because they clearly DO NOT work with local vendors and they so clearly have some warehouse or something with some nobody scrambling whatever flowers they have in stock together. Any sane company would just admit that but clearly that wasnt teh case today. Despicable. Give me a refund and I'll shut up.

My order wasn’t delivered but I got a confirmation email. I paid $35 for next day shipping so will never be buying from you again and will be telling everyone I know to never order here when it actually counts!!!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and they never delivered! They said wait until 8:00… who gets flowers at 8:00 at night. Waited until 8:30, called the company to speak to someone I couldn’t understand. They said they will deliver the next day. Do you know how stupid i feel not getting the flowers for the birthday?

Flowers were to be delivered to a patient at a medical center. Received an e-mail that "due to no one being home delivery was unsuccessful." However, the hospital name, address & patient's room number, along with a telephone number were placed on the on-line request. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Too many excuses for an expensive arrangement that never made it to its distination!
