I’ve received the saddest bouquet of roses ever!!! The pedals all COMPLETELY FELL OFF ONE OF THE ROSES AS I TOOK THE BUNCH out of the box. So many others were wilted!!!my daughter paid good money for these and you sent me this sour bouquet!! Extremely disappointed and will share this on social media! Furthermore, my photos would not upload, is this on purpose???

I ordered a bouquet that cost $125 and chocolates that cost $25, not including the service fees. The total was $195, which was ordered for Mother's day. When we received the order, the chocolates were melted and most of the flowers were dead. It was so bad that the leaves were moldy. I called FTD and they only offered a 30% refund OF THE BASE PRICE, so $125. But somehow they only gave me back $33. Not sure how that came out to 30%, their math is obviously different than mine. They also offered a redelivery, which I wasn't happy about, but that's all they were offering. Why would I want flowers from the same place that sent dead flowers to my mom? When my mom didn't receive the redelivery the following day, which I was told they would be there, I called to find out where the flowers were????? I was told they wouldn't be delivered until the 12th, which is 2 days after Mother's day and 5 days after I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

This needs to be a zero rating!!!!! So disappointed the flowers for Mother's Day arrived all dead! its like a nightmare or a very, very bad joke. And the customer service is even worse. I will NEVER order from FTD ever again. And I will encourage all my family members and colleagues to follow suit. FTD should be ashamed of their business practices.

I will never order from FTD again. Paid over $100 dollars for an arrangement that showed up looking nothing like the arrangement I chose from their website. I’ve seen $10 bouquets from our local grocery store that looked better. Absolutely pathetic!! Wish I had read all the horrible reviews prior to placing my order. I’m going back to using 1-800-flowers.

Don’t order from this company!!!! Aweful flowers nothing comes as pictured. Not even the vase you buy! Spend over $100 nothing is what I purchased

Truly wish i could get 0 stars. Paid $30 for same day delivery and they did not deliver and never told me. Then the next day they made multiple false promises of times they would guarantee delivery and each time it did not come. Wasted opportunity to send flowers. Horrible customer service too.

Do NOT use this company!! I ordered flowers for same day delivery for someone who was just diagnosed with cancer and ordered in the early morning. 4pm still nothing. Then get an email saying they didn’t have what I ordered and they substitute it! So now I’m like great what the heck are they gonna send and is it worth the $100 I spent?!? Call at 5:45pm it can’t get delivered until tomorrow. Call at 2pm the next day still nothing delivered. But paid for delivery yesterday. I called to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Only got part of my money back!! Stay clear and don’t waste your time or money!! They are terrible!!

My friend ordered flowered for my birthday to arrive on 4/23, he got a email stating that they were delivered and I never received them. He asked for them to be redelivered and they were supposed to be sent yesterday and he again received an email stating they were delivered when I still have not received them. He even gave them my phone number since he’s in another state so that I could help direct them if they couldn’t find the address. I still never received a phone call. He needs to be given a refund and the whole amount as this is ridiculous.

I ordered flowers for my sister Friday to be delivered on Monday 4/20/26. After calling they tell me delivery is up to 8pm or 9 pm. Are you kidding me. I ordered days ahead of time. They tell Me they checked with the florist and it’s out for delivery. Still not received. I want a refund and keep your flowers. I will never recommend FTD to anyone.

Very disappointed. Ordered calming comfort for my cousins memorial. White and blue were her favorite colors with lillies being her favorite flower. I couldn't wait for her widower to receive the bouquet. Imagine my surprise when the delivery happened in the middle of the service with a vibrant bouquet that didn't match what I had ordered. Learned my lesson, never again ordering from FTD.

They are absolutely awful! My flowers were delivered two days late and when they were delivered, it was not even to the right address so they gave them to somebody else and they didn’t even receive them. When I called to complain, they returned me $17 when I paid almost $100 for a bouquet! Absolutely ridiculous.

I realize my issue was not the fault off FTD but the florist that received my order. Dynamic Flowers of Royal Oak should be removed from the FTD list of florist. i placed and order online to receive the deluxe size sympathy arrangement and instead Dynamic delivered the small size. The message I added for the card was not what I requested. I called FTD twice the first time I was told that another arrangement would be sent to the family. That didn't happen. I called again and they offered me 30% refund. That's the delivery charge duh! I just made up my mind that there no since in arguing and took the 30%. I will be selective next time I have to order flowers and will find out what local florist they use first. In the mean time Dynamic Flowers will never get my business and I will review them as well.

Do not use this company! I was so embarrassed! My friends Father just got out of the hospital and was finally able to come home, so I send a flower arrangement. So EMBARRASSING! I will attach photos.

I ordered a 30 rose bouquet a card and chocolate bar. It was delivered on time. However, she got a card six wilted roses and no chocolate bar. I would rather have sent nothing than for this to be delivered to her work. I felt completely humiliated. I called the service number and they wanted to give me 1/3 back. Wow! Talk about adding insult to injury. Rest assured that for the remainder of my life, I will never utilize you again and will try to save as many people as possible from you as I can.

Deeply disappointed. A $100+ bouquet should last more than 3 days. The arrangement was shipped dry and left at the doorstep in direct sun on a hot day. It never recovered, even after trimming the ends and a night in a cool room. What should a have been a lovely gift for a 52nd anniversary was a disappointment. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

For our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband had 2 dozen roses sent to me. There were several issues with the experience: 1. They were delivered in the afternoon in a box by UPS. I WFH and was there, but had no idea that they had been left on my porch. 2. When I opened the box, I found the ceramic vase shattered into pieces because there was ZERO packaging inside the box. The roses were already wilting because they were not wrapped in anything but a rubber band. 3. The "card" was a piece of white paper cut into a rectangle and folded, and every punctuation was turned into some weird symbols. 4. There were no packets for the water or anything else in the box. 5. AND THE CHERRY ON TOP... when my husband called to inform them there response was "I'm sorry that happened, we will send a replacement as soon as they are available again." That's it! I don't want a replacement; I want him to be refunded for the poor product and service he was given. Our anniversary is over; the gesture was sweet and appreciated despite FTD's epic failure. Also, it has now been 11 days and nothing— no correspondence or packages from FTD. What a disappointment.

I realize that fflower substitutions are sometimes necessary when the flowers pictured are unavailable but the shape/style of the arrangement should be fairly similar to the chosen arrangement. The arrangement sent has no resemblance to the one I chose. I don’t even like what was sent and am so disappointed that I will never order from FTD again.

I only order from FTD specifically because a local florist will prepare and deliver the flowers, which will all be in bloom and look lovely. My sister’s birthday flowers were delivered in a box. Only some were blooming upon delivery, so she never got to see the full bouquet at its best. I am very disappointed.
