Everything went wrong with my order from FTD. There were no tracking notifications, no updates, and no delivery alerts at all. The only way to see any information was by constantly checking the website, which only showed a vague delivery window from 8 AM to 6 PM. Customer service did answer the phone, which was the only positive part of this experience, but unfortunately every agent gave different and incorrect information about the delivery status and timing. I made multiple calls trying to track the order, and none of the representatives could provide accurate answers. The flowers ended up being delivered late, and again, there was no notification. When we finally located the order, it had been delivered to the wrong place, and the wrong flowers were sent as well. FTD did issue a refund, which I appreciate, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Terrible customer service! Ordered flowers & chocolates for my mother in law for Mother’s Day- the chocolates were not delivered & I only knew about it because my mother in law told me. Tried to get the issue resolved & spoke to several different representatives- all useless! Will never order from here again! Will be using 1800Flowers going forward as they always make sure their customers are satisfied

this company posts misleading photos. I spent 130 dollars on what they claimed was a “stunning bouquet” and what my dad got was a sad messy bouquet of flowers with nothing bloomed. they then promised to send a new one and never did. When I asked for a refund, they gave me 30 dollars back. What a scam, please avoid this company unless you want to break up with someone!

Mother’s Day Flowers I ordered did not arrive in time and as of right now still not delivered. First date was anywhere from the 8th to the 10th. Next date was the 13th. Now it’s the 14th and flowers for MOTHERS DAY still not delivered. Will never use this company again.

Do not order from them my niece viewing no flowers . Customer service horrible . I’m crying as I write this . I wasn’t taken care of in my time of grief so disappointed.

I ordered from FTD for my sister in KC, MO area. The only thing they got right was the note. My order total was for a nice arrangement with a medium white vase with white roses, light blue and lavender flowers and a medium box of chocolates What showed up was a standard tall clear vase with pink roses and white lilies that looked like something standard from a grocery store and no chocolates. Their customer service center seems to be in India. My bill was 160.00. They refunded 51.56. I have no idea and they could not tell me if the arrangement received was comparable in price to what I ordered and they could not tell me. Based on the picture my sister sent me, it was not. I will NEVER use FTD again.

Mother’s Day Flowers was delivered to another building left by the door! My son ordered fiesta. What a joke for $100.00 this is what I got. Nothing like he ordered. FDT should make sure they are using floral that actually know how to do flowers.

0 stars should really be an option. The total for my flowers was 81.25. Flowers 65, shipping 19.99, tax 6.26, 10 discount. They just refunded me a whooping 17.88 that isn't even shipping. The box came stomped to death and the flowers didn't fare much better. Honestly, the flowers were flat!! I'm in a rural area with one florist 30 min away who is not a nice person and guilt trips you if you don't "spend enough that someone knows it". I tried FTD and yeah, not ever going to happen again. I'll just start growing my own flowers as the alternative. I have tried to upload photos but it says it can't right now.

I wish I did more research before ordering from them. I'm very disappointed with the end result of the bouquet I ordered. The fact I paid $100 for what delivered is actually quite shocking. I also ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and it never arrived. Honestly dreading the picture she sends me when they finally deliver her replacement bouquet. They only refunded me $5 shipping fee when my receipt clearly says shipping/delivery fee $25. Very frustrated, will never use them again.

If I could give a 0 I would. This is the 2nd time they have screwed me over. The 1st time was 5 different deliveries. Not 1 time were the flowers actually delivered. This time I ordered them to be sent 2 days before Mothers day and on Mothers day they had still not arrived. I asked then to still deliver the flowers the next day and refund me They said sorry we screwed up and here is your money but we don't take any blame for the issue. Call a local florist or you will be over the top disappointed with them,.

I will never order from FTD. My daughter sent me flowers for Mother's day . They came in a box with a vase. They were wilted and limp when I opened the box. I am sure she would be upset if she knew what they sent. I could have bought a prettier bunch at Walmart, Walgreens or Trader Joe's.

Extremely disappointed. I spent about $150 on what was advertised online as an elegant, sophisticated floral arrangement, and what was delivered looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Not only was the bouquet sparse and cheap-looking, but they added tacky blue roses that were NOT part of the arrangement I selected and completely ruined the aesthetic. There was more greenery than actual flowers, a cheap pink bow, and the entire thing looked like something from a discount grocery store rather than a premium florist. I understand substitutions happen, but this wasn’t even remotely comparable to what I paid for. Honestly, I’ve seen much nicer bouquets at Trader Joe’s for a fraction of the price. I was embarrassed this was sent as a gift to my mother. The arrangement completely failed to reflect the quality and sophistication your website promises. Never again.

This is the third time FTD has failed to deliver my order on time. Three strikes... I am done. A Halloween gift arrived three days late. Now they have ruined Mother’s Day. I even ordered two days early, knowing their track record. They sent a “delivered” notification ... my mother never received anything. I spent today bouncing between ten customer service reps, each apologizing and promising delivery. A supervisor put me on hold for 20 minutes to confirm with the florist — then came back to say he couldn’t reach anyone and they might be closed. My mother has no flowers on Mother’s Day. FTD is unreliable, their tracking is inaccurate, and their customer service is ineffective. Use anyone else.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my daughter who is a new mother. First, I got an email saying there was a problem with the delivery address. I called customer service and was told my daughter's address was not correct. It was, so I asked that my order be cancelled. The customer rep said he cancelled it but the money was taken out of my bank account, and then the flowers delivered. The arrangement my daughter received was much smaller than the picture of the ones I ordered, some of the flowers were missing or wilted. A bad experience all around.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FTD Flowers. I ordered a specific floral arrangement, but what was delivered looked completely different from what I paid for. The arrangement delivered was not what I selected or expected, which was very upsetting, especially for an important occasion. To make matters worse, after reaching out to customer service, the only resolution offered was a 30% discount. While I appreciate an attempt to address the issue, a partial discount does not make up for receiving the wrong arrangement altogether. I expected much better quality and customer service from a company like FTD. Customers should receive what they order, and when mistakes happen, they should be resolved fairly. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed.

Flowers in vase were to be delivered on my wife's birthday, but we were notified that the delivery would be a day late, and we got no explanation. Flowers arrived hot in a box at the end of that next day, with evident wilting. FTD was to help make my wife's 77th birthday special, and instead FTD blew it. Rip off, goodbye.

This company is a total scam, do not order anything from here. I received a boquet that was shockingly different from the picture of what I thought I ordered. Extremely disappointing especially as this was for my mom for Mother’s Day. They left the sticker still on a CERAMIC vase. Gross. Dishonest. Karma is going to get them. They refunded me 30% but the math was also incorrect so I will be calling until I get a full refund. And you should too.
