Didn’t get delivered on the selected date. Didn’t ship the flowers til the night before the delivery date from a different state and then claimed a slow down in the UPS system caused the missed delivery date. I attempted to rectify the situation through chat, but they weren’t willing to refund me anymore than 20%. Will be lodging a dispute with my card. STEER CLEAR.

My daighter sent flowers for our 59 th Wedding Anniversary. They were delivered in a beaten bent box that was left on the doorstep in the heat. No one wrong bell or knocked Flowers were wilted mashed broken. A sad drab arrangement.I tried numerous tumes to send pics but your site couldnt upload the pics

Very very disappointed with the arrangement. The picture of the arrangement I purchased - and I upgraded to the more expensive arrangement showed roses and higher end flowers. The arrangement that was delivered had all very inexpensive flowers. This was sent for a relatives 70th birthday so I spent more money to make it extra special as we were not able to fly across country to celebrate. I understand that flower substitutions may be made however, roses are not seasonal and the arrangement should have included them as per the picture on the website. The flowers in the arrangement were all flowers that are generally filler flowers. I doubt I will use your service again and I have purchased and sent arrangements through FTD in the past on several occasions.

FTD should be honest about the delivery timing. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 7/19, but it was not delivered until 7/21. There was no indication of possible delay in delivery when the order was placed.

I have sent many flowers in my life, this was by far he worst experience ever. I sent flowers to someone in the hospital, finding out they were released I immediarely called within an hour to have the address changed to the persons home. Everything was confirmed, and I emphasized to have flowers delivered after 2pm. Receiived confirmation that flowers were delivered at 1:30, OKay so not hte end of the world, except that the flowers were never delivered. Called to inform them of this and they said OKay flowers will be delivered the next day, recieved confirmation that flowers were delivered approximately 9:30 the next morning, but again no flowers. Called again, confirmed address again, FTD stated they would be delivered the next day again. The next day flowers get delivered to the hospital, person was discharged 5 days ago at this point. Called again and said I expect flowers to be delivered tho the persons home, confirmed address again, flowers were delivered the next day. I had the recipient send me a photo, it was nothing like what I ordered and aside from the embarrassment of the entire ordeal, it was a futher embarrassment. The flowers were lopsided in the vase and were pathetic. I expect my money back and will not ever again use this method of delivery.

I ordered two arrangements for mother in law’s funeral service. One arrangement did arrive 15 minutes before the service started and one did not arrive at all. When I called about the arrangement they said they would send it out that afternoon (this was after the service and after everyone had left my house) and offered me $12 dollars off. The arrangements were beautiful but what good are they when the event (which is already a sad and stressful situation) is already open. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Restored Bouquet - PREMIUM. The premium was NOT delivered. Why do we pay extra for a very nice bouquet and then it is not delivered? I'm attaching two photos - 1. what was received. 2. what is advertised by FTD as the difference between the three levels of flowers. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially when this is in honor of someone who passed. FTD?????!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. Flowers arrived via UPS without water, in a very hot box. Completely dead. My wife, who is recently out of the hospital, literally laughed at the arrangement. It looks like one of those joke arrangements of dead flowers you send to someone you don't like.

I was shocked when my mom’s birthday flowers were an entirely wrong bouquet. Also, flowers were droopy snd petals falling off as she took them out of the box. I complained and they first only gave 25% off. I said that wasn’t really acceptable and they gave another 25%. They are overpriced as it is so in my opinion, 50% off still doesn’t make up for it. I gave up complaining and just wont ever use them again. I am so embarrassed I sent them to my mom. Posting a pic of what I ordered and what was received for $86

Iam VERY upset with this company! I ordered these specifically for my mother in laws birthday..... which was TODAY.... that's why i put the delivery date today, and they NEVER came today!!!. I should have never used this company. I have always ordered local and i decided to give yall a try and not only was my package NOT delivered today but when I placed the order yesterday my total was 65 dollars and some change. But yall charged my card 80 something dollars. NEVER again will i use this company!!!

I have ordered from FTD twice in the last 6 months. Both times the orders were to congratulate my children on opening a business. The March ordered arrived 3 days late. I did not complain and I accepted that things happen. It was unfortunate but not life altering. I gave them another try and they failed again. I placed an order on July 12th to be delivered on July 15th for a Grand Opening. I have reached out several times and now they are saying it should be there by July 17th. This is unacceptable for orders that were each over $100. Contact a florist directly in the town you are sending to and avoid FTD at all costs.

The photo did not depict the actual (significantly smaller) bouquet that was delivered. Extremely disappointed. The size of the bouquet was so small and the photo I received from the recipient also looked like the flowers were not fresh.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. I got an apology email stating that the flowers could not be sent on that date. They said that the flowers would be sent instead on Monday, the 14th. I received another of the same emails stating they couldn't be delivered today but they would deliver them on the 15th. Really? What's the point of asking for a date that you want flowers delivered if you're just going to deliver them when you darn well please? I canceled the order and am so disappointed with this company. There's no excuse for this! Buyer beware!

We bought a bouquet of flowers for my motheer in laws birthday. We received a picture from her and it looked nothing like th boquet I ordered- different colors and different flowers. Even worse, the petals of many of the flowers were falling off on day 2. Very disappointed.

I wish I would have remembered my first experience with FTD. The flowers were fine, but the delivery was unpredictable and unreliable. FTD will not allow you to contact the florist directly, so you end up stuck in the dark with only vague information to work with. Take my advice, do a little research and contact a local florist directly. Without the middleman (FTD) you can contact the florist directly and you’re likely to get a nicer arrangement with the money saved on the florist’s end. FTD ended up ruining what was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, which is kind of the main goal. Having worked in the floral industry some years ago, I should’ve known better. Never again!
