“I ordered Spring Tradition bouquet. It arrived a day early, no problem. The bouquet looked NOTHING like advertised. Only two different flowers, big clumpy white and something yellow. Not even arranged nicely. One of biggest waste of $75 I ever spent and I'm on fixed income. Will NEVER order from you again ! ! đĄ Not tech savvy enough to send photo but I'm Christian so I NEVER lie ! !”
“I would leave a 1 star if I could. Iâm extremely disappointed iâve never had flowers delivered in such bad conditions for an extreme price. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, they stated they somehow could not find my address! After my sweet boyfriend called and talked to them they flowers were delivered today. Unfortunately when I went to grab them my flowers were hanging over the sides of the vase. I rushed them inside and gave them more water ( as it was almost empty ). For almost $100 youâd think SOME type of apology or refund would be made! Iâm highly disappointed just like every other client that has left a review.”
“I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered Classic Ivory â A Florist Original â Exquisite from this online florist knowing that the floral varieties used in this bouquet will vary based on freshness and availability. I ordered this particular sympathy flower arrangement because I loved the variety of flowers, the size, and overall asymmetric and elegant arrangement as presented in a beautiful design in the photograph on their website compared to the other cheaper options. What I received the day before the funeral was completely differentânot even close- a plain bunch of flowers in a vase resembling more the cheaper options. I had to go to the florists to buy additional flowers and accessories and arrange it from scratch to make it look presentable.
To make matters worse, I was charged twice for this order. This feels like fraudulent billing. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience being scammed in such a fragile moment in life. I will never be using this florist again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.”
“I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughterâs birthday today. When I spoke with her she said nothing was delivered so I called ftd they assured me they are on there way. Then I get this BS email from FTD that tells me they attempted to make a delivery and she wasnât home. My daughter has been home all day never left the house and she has a ring doorbell with no one attempting to delivery her flowers today. Iâm very upset I thought this company was a legit company and cared about who they send orders to be delivered. They would not even tell me who the florist was”

This arrangement was sent as a gift and it was embarrassing how cheap these flowers looked.”
“I ordered an arrangement through Legacy.com two days before a funeral to be delivered to the church where the service was to take place. The evening prior to the day of service the FTD website sent an email saying the local florist could not deliver the arrangement to the church whereâbecause it was going to be closedâ.. how ridiculous is that?!!! The funeral was being held at the church and I seriously doubt the doors would be locked.! Never again! 1-800-flowers. FTD filed for bankruptcy in 2019 I see why; terrible customer service in addition to being a slip shod company”
“Gave 1 star because 0 was not allowed. Very disappointed with order. Ordered deluxe. Flowers received were small. Not enough flowers in arrangement to be deluxe. The Hydrangea looks wilted. Arrangement looks NOTHING like what was ordered. Colors ordered were white and blush pink. Colors of arrangement received are not pretty and the one hydrangea looks almost dead. Arrangement was $80.00 plus delivery for total of $101.63.”
“I ordered flowers for my wife, for our anniversary. The flowers I ordered were nothing like the ones she received. NO vase, wilted flowers in a BOX! NO vase. I called customer service and of course I got someone who could barley speak english and she kept repeating "sorry". I asked to be transferred to someone else who I could understand/speak english. The next lady wasn't much better. I asked her what counrty she was in and she said she wasn't allowed to tell me. She ended up giving me 50% off which ended up being 15% off. It's obvious that FTD has outsourced a big part of their business to overseas. I will never place an order with this company again.

“Worse company ever. My sister never received her easter flowers and FTD told me we just didn't deliver them. We'll stick a few more flowers in and deliver in a few days. I'm out $300 and no flowers and no one to talk to but overseas operators who have no clue how to help or understand. I'll never use FTD again. Stupid me, this was the second time they screwed up the delivery”

“I am so disappointed. I placed an order for flowers on the morning of April 17th and chose from the same day delivery options. I chose an $85 bouquet. By that evening, I hadn't heard anything from my friend so I checked the order. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted FTD to see what happened. They told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. Well, today came and went,and again, I didn't hear anything so I checked again. Still not delivered. I call again tonight and they told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. I said, no thank you, I would like a refund. I feel like an awful friend. My friend really needed that pick-me-up. Going forward, I will only use a local florist in the area and speak directly to them. I wish I could give zero stars.”
“Ordered flowers 1 day before my anniversary. At 8 pm after I called they said they couldn't get a hold of the florist. After 2 agents and 12 minutes wasted of my life, I was offered 20% off and the flowers to be delivered the next day. My anniversary is today and 20% off is a slap to the face. My advice, Don't waste your time or money with FTD, find a local florist for your flower needs.”
“This site was terrible. They delivered 2 days after the event i had ordered it to be delivered for. I paid for same day shipping. They refunded me for the same day shipping and said it would get delivered the next day. They didn't deliver it the next day. I called again and requested something be done to make this right as we are now two days past the event i wanted the flowers for. They refunded me 30% of the amount i paid, which i was happy about. I regret using this company. I'm nervous to even ask the receiver what the flowers looked like.”
“My daughter sent me flowers, they arrived out if water, nothing around the stems, two sunflower heads were broken, roses blown, straw flowers wilted. I call the number on the gift box and was told they had no record of sending me flowers. Gave them all the information on the shipping label, and was told to call back with correct names of sender/reciever! This is the second time...and the LAST time we do business with this group. Customer service is DEAD my friends! There's the way it is...and the way it ought to be...and that's the difference in my generation and these morons! Might as well thrown a hundred dollar bill on the ground!”
