I placed an order on 3/5 to be delivered to a business on 3/6. The flowers were left outside the door of a BUSINESS at 9:00 the night of 3/6! Who, in their right mind, would expect a business to be open at 9:00 pm at night?!? AND I placed that order the DAY BEFORE so the florist should’ve had time to plan for it, make it and get it delivered in a timely fashion. If it can’t be delivered for some reason whether it’s the florists fault or the recipient’s fault, I should be notified! I can’t believe they just left it outside the door at night and walked away. I guess someone got nice flowers but it definitely wasn’t the person I sent them to. When I called FTD Saturday morning, I was told they would send a new arrangement that day but I wasn’t sure where the recipient was going to be and didn’t get a response from her until Monday morning. I then called FTD again to send the new arrangement to a different address that day and was told that would happen. When it wasn’t there by 4:00 PM, I called FTD again and was asked if it would be ok if it was delivered the next morning! NO! Don’t make promises you can’t keep! Because I had to find out where the recipient was going to be that day, it was no longer a surprise so she sat there all day looking forward to flowers she never received! I now want a full refund. I’m also going to make this information public and I’ll never order from FTD again!

This company is such a scam. Didn't even want to hit the 1 star because they don't even deserve that! Ordered flowers on Monday for my sister in law's funeral for Saturday. Requested to be delivered Friday so they were there in advanced and I didn't want to worry about it on day of funeral. Well they never got delivered on Friday. I was messaging on their website with a bot most likely and they assured me the flowers would be delivered before the time of the funeral. They were not! So embarrassing sitting there with all my family and friends and they all had flowers there for the family but my husband and I did not. We did get a refund but that's not the point. Oh but they were delivered the following Monday to the funeral home. Like wow! The funeral was over. So disappointing! Will never use this company again!

Do not order from this company.Save your money its absolute scam!! My friends aunt passed away.It was a long and painful and horrible situation for my friend's family. So I wanted to get flowers.I work at Safeway.I looked at our flowers and another Safeways Floral department.And they were not great or at least not good enough for what I was wanting for my friend's family. So I was looking on websites to get them delivered and I found the perfect perfect bouquet of flowers, it had angel wings and it was beautiful. I paid for the Deluxe edition, which was $20 more with an $80 bouquet of flowers when I see that the order had been delivered and where it was tracked from It was delivered by Safeway. It was a $40 set of flowers, and this company charged me $80 for them, and it was nothing. The same completely 100% different bouquet of flowers, it did not come with a vase. nor did it come with any of the flowers. Any other type of flowers that I had purchased and when I com service they refuse to give me a refund absolutely refused. Listen, this company needs to be shut down.These flowers were incredibly important to me to do something in special and they were absolutely disgusting , and I am incredibly upset ! I'm gonna write this review on every single website that I can find.And i'm gonna tell every single person how incredibly bad this website is!

Placed a delivery order several days in advance of delivery for a standard bouquet for a birthday. You did not deliver on the date requested and did not alert me until that night. Unacceptable. Won't use you again

DO NOT USE FTD!!! I sent flowers to a very dear friend funeral and they looked dead. The arrangement did not look like the picture and the white roses and calla Lillies were brown. I was so embarrassed! When I called they wanted to resend the flowers. The agent who barely spoke English could not understand that you can’t resend funeral flowers. I had to fight to get my monies back. So not only am I upset about the loss of my dear friend I am so upset about the half dead flowers. Please don’t use ftd!!!

I ordered flowers for valentines two weeks in advance and the flowers didn't come two days after and already wilted. Now I asked for refund and they said it was going to take 3-5 business days and it has been 10 business days and the refund hasn't shown up yet. I've followed up multiple times and all they say is "check with your bank". I would never recommend them....at all.

I paid an over 50% surcharge to have flowers delivered the next day to a friend in the hospital. It takes FTD SIX DAYS to deliver them. And they were sent via UPS!!! Used to be they were delivered by a local florist in the area - not anymore! So I get on a chat with "customer service". They offer to refund the delivery charge - useless since my friend never got them. They offer to send another delivery to her home (I never get an email saying there is an order on the way). Then their agent LIES TO ME and says everything is delivered by a florist. When I ask why my order was sent via UPS he hangs up the chat. Thank you FTD for ruining a wonderful business I used to be able to depend upon. I will never be using you again.

Ordered biggest arrangement got the cheapest instead and days late .. Horrible Embarrassing experience for valentines day . How can they mess up five times with one order, they couldn't even get the card right and i still haven't received my refund ... ..

I ordered the "Coastal Blossom Bouquet - Exquisite" for delivery to my sister in honor of her retirement on 18 Feb 2026. The flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered (see attached photos). I called the customer service center and they offered a discount off my order, but I requested they fill the order that was placed. I was told the correct bouquet would be delivered by 0800pm that day. No new bouquet was sent by 0800pm. Called customer service center again the next day and was told it would be by the end of that day (which was a Sunday), so I had my doubts. As I suspected, no deliver. FTD use to be an exceptional company, it’s a shame that it has reached this kind of service.

I ordered sympathy flowers and they emailed me the conformation, but I never received my order. After some phone calls and talk to the customer service I realized they are not a serious company and therefore asked my Bank to dispute the transaction for getting my money back. Save your money, time and do not order anything !

This order was delivered on February 19, 2026. I ordered Hugs & Kisses Bouquet - Deluxe With Vase. The order was to be red tulips and purple lillies. When the floweres were delivered there was significantly fewer flowers that were pictured on your website. Pluse the lillies and tulips were wilted and appeared to have been frozen. It's now 4 days after they were delivered and they look the same as they did when delivered. I am very disappointed with the quantity and quality of the flowers that were delivered. I don't want them redelivered as it will be a hot minute before I order from FTD again. Chris

If there are any problems with your order, their customer service is an India call center. That isn’t a problem except they are not well trained and speak very little English.

FTD did not send what they were supposed to. I paid for a beautiful premium vase and a white cross on it. They sent the bouquet in a plain glass vase and not a premium bouquet. I am unable to send the photo.Never again 😒

Many emails and calls with people you can't understand is the customer service you get with FTD . I did get a full refund after sending a bad review they sent a vase of flowers after her birthday. My order was a plant arrangement not flowers. Oh and if you could revise your review that would be great.... REALLY!!! The plants were half dead doesn't change that fact. I was so frustrated with FTD . Unless you want a disappointed surprise order sent use them. Order wise save your extra fee , go straight to a florist and order.

Do not use FTD to order flowers. 193.00 order and got flowers that are dying and dried out. This is the 2nd time and they refuse to credit my boyfriend for the flowers. They only last like 2 or 3 days. do not use FTD

I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement for pickup and had a very frustrating experience. The initial address provided for the florist was not mappable. After contacting customer service, they sent a different address — which turned out to be in a residential neighborhood. I questioned this, noting that there were no shops visible on Google Maps and asked for a Yelp link or any confirmation that it was a legitimate storefront. Customer service simply resent the same address and pickup window without addressing my concerns. When I went to the address at the scheduled pickup time, there was no shop there — just a private residence. I took photos and sent them to customer service. I’ve since been told that a supervisor will contact me, but as of now, I’ve spent time driving to a nonexistent pickup location on Valentine’s Day. This experience was disappointing and stressful on a day when reliability matters most.
