“I ordered a deluxe bouquet that consisted of at least 4 different types of flowers. I expected my order to look like the sample images, give or take minor differences in flower variety or color. What the recipient received was a measly 9 roses in an oversized vase, hardly a bouquet. While disappointing it would've been acceptable had they made a huge bouquet of only roses if they didn't have other varieties but this was just insulting. I complained to customer service and had to press them so hard to give me a 100% refund. At first they offered 30% then 50% of the original amount which was a joke. I kept telling them that I expected a full refund and I didn't want another potentially upsetting redelivery.”

This is the worst customer service ever and I literally wasted $100 that I can’t get back and when I made a phone call to customer service, they hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with it. When I called after the wake, I was told that I called too late. They would not be delivered.

“My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day. The arrived a day late and wilted when I called the company Xavier’s flowers in Fall River ma I was treated so terribly like I was wrong for calling them I checked Xavier’s rating and they are a 1 rating because of the terrible flowers and customer service. I called FTD. They were going to send another bouquet the next day. I never got another bouquet I asked why are they using a company with such a bad rating with no answer I will never use FTD again …. I will submit the pictures of what was ordered and what was received..”

“I would give them ZERO STARS, NEGATIVE STARS!! I ordered funeral flowers , a rosary made out of roses for inside the casket, to be delivered the day before the services . They called me 30 minutes before the services to tell me they couldn’t fulfill the order!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND IF YIU ACTUALLY WANT FLOWERS DELIVERED FOR AN OCCASION , I suggest you go elsewhere.”
“I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered five days in advance for Mother's Day. Scheduled for delivery the Saturday before. Delivery was pushed back FOUR times, first Monday, then Thursday, then Friday, then who knows when. Received customer service emails from multiple parties, including one claiming I had not responded to other emails, which was completely incorrect. My mother is elderly, ill, and I live across the country. Thanks to this completely incompetent company, Mother's Day seemed like an afterthought. Never buy anything through these folks.”
