Flowers came slightly wilted and unbloomed. I figured it would be ok after a day but the next day they started to die. Shortest lasting flowers I’ve ever purchased.

The flowers delivered to my 92 yr old Aunt were not close to what was chosen online. Going forward I'll just go to local StopnShop for flowers and deliver myself.

The flowers were not as pictured at all; they did not look fresh. Additionally, I asked for a balloon and they sent a red heart balloon (appeared to be Valentine’s Day leftovers), although my message said congratulations. So, the balloon was not appropriate for the reason/occasion for the flowers.

First thing of flowers my mom ordered me were not the premium ones she ordered, the rubber bands amd zip ties were so tight it broke the flowers and they were hard to remove, the flowers themselves didn't look the best either. She called and complained so instead of a refund thet offered to send the correct flowers in a few days. I get the flowers today and it was the same basic flowers as last time instead of the premium, then as a passive aggressive response they doubled up the rubber bands on the flowers and theres a foot print on the printed note and it was thrown in the box instead of put in the sleeve along with the coupon just thrown in the box. Horrible company and horrible flowers. My bf ordered from Garden View Flowers and they are wayyy better.

1-Star Review – FTD I rarely write reviews, but this needs to be said. I ordered a deluxe funeral arrangement through FTD for a 3:00 PM visitation. I was traveling from San Francisco to Orlando and monitored the order all day as it showed “accepted” and on track. 3:00 PM came and went—no delivery. No communication. By 5:30 PM, I had to step away from my grieving family during the visitation to chase down their customer service. Instead of urgency or compassion, I was met with delays, excuses, and a process where I had to wait to see if my situation would even be escalated. The most unacceptable part: the funeral home identified a local florist ready to fulfill the order immediately, but FTD refused, stating “we don’t work with them.” Policies mattered more than people in a moment of loss. Because of their failure, I had to spend an additional $250 out of pocket to ensure flowers were present. To make matters worse, they called me on the day of the funeral—completely tone-deaf to the reality that a family is grieving, not waiting on a customer service follow-up after a failed delivery. Then, the following morning, an arrangement finally showed up—late, irrelevant, and completely unacceptable. The flowers were wilted and dead and had to be thrown away. There was no note, no apology, no condolences. FTD didn’t just fail to deliver flowers—they created additional emotional distress during one of the most difficult moments for my family. Do not rely on them. Shop local.

I have ordered Sympathy Flowers For a Funeral About 5 days before the event and FTD sent an email about 40 minutes before, asking for details as I have already given upon order. They informed me last minute that they are unable to send the flowers. This is unacceptable and inexcusable as I wanted to comfort my family.

I purchased same day flowers on Saturday (since they don’t deliver on Sunday) The recipient’s birthday was Sunday. They sent me an email stating they were now delivering on Monday ( day after her birthday)….then later that day I got another email stating it would now be on Thursday! I told them to cancel and I went with a different company. I didn’t realize FTD actually has a lot of complaints! I should have checked first before placing the order.

I was shocked to see an $11 charge just to prevent advertisements from appearing on an obituary/sympathy card. Charging grieving customers extra to keep ads off a condolence message is incredibly exploitative and frankly very classless. Moments of loss should not be treated as an opportunity for upselling. A sympathy message should be handled with basic dignity and respect, not turned into an ad placement unless someone pays to remove it. I strongly urge you to reconsider this policy. It reflects very poorly on a company that claims to provide services meant to honor and comfort people during a time of grief.

I placed an order on 3/5 to be delivered to a business on 3/6. The flowers were left outside the door of a BUSINESS at 9:00 the night of 3/6! Who, in their right mind, would expect a business to be open at 9:00 pm at night?!? AND I placed that order the DAY BEFORE so the florist should’ve had time to plan for it, make it and get it delivered in a timely fashion. If it can’t be delivered for some reason whether it’s the florists fault or the recipient’s fault, I should be notified! I can’t believe they just left it outside the door at night and walked away. I guess someone got nice flowers but it definitely wasn’t the person I sent them to. When I called FTD Saturday morning, I was told they would send a new arrangement that day but I wasn’t sure where the recipient was going to be and didn’t get a response from her until Monday morning. I then called FTD again to send the new arrangement to a different address that day and was told that would happen. When it wasn’t there by 4:00 PM, I called FTD again and was asked if it would be ok if it was delivered the next morning! NO! Don’t make promises you can’t keep! Because I had to find out where the recipient was going to be that day, it was no longer a surprise so she sat there all day looking forward to flowers she never received! I now want a full refund. I’m also going to make this information public and I’ll never order from FTD again!

This company is such a scam. Didn't even want to hit the 1 star because they don't even deserve that! Ordered flowers on Monday for my sister in law's funeral for Saturday. Requested to be delivered Friday so they were there in advanced and I didn't want to worry about it on day of funeral. Well they never got delivered on Friday. I was messaging on their website with a bot most likely and they assured me the flowers would be delivered before the time of the funeral. They were not! So embarrassing sitting there with all my family and friends and they all had flowers there for the family but my husband and I did not. We did get a refund but that's not the point. Oh but they were delivered the following Monday to the funeral home. Like wow! The funeral was over. So disappointing! Will never use this company again!

Do not order from this company.Save your money its absolute scam!! My friends aunt passed away.It was a long and painful and horrible situation for my friend's family. So I wanted to get flowers.I work at Safeway.I looked at our flowers and another Safeways Floral department.And they were not great or at least not good enough for what I was wanting for my friend's family. So I was looking on websites to get them delivered and I found the perfect perfect bouquet of flowers, it had angel wings and it was beautiful. I paid for the Deluxe edition, which was $20 more with an $80 bouquet of flowers when I see that the order had been delivered and where it was tracked from It was delivered by Safeway. It was a $40 set of flowers, and this company charged me $80 for them, and it was nothing. The same completely 100% different bouquet of flowers, it did not come with a vase. nor did it come with any of the flowers. Any other type of flowers that I had purchased and when I com service they refuse to give me a refund absolutely refused. Listen, this company needs to be shut down.These flowers were incredibly important to me to do something in special and they were absolutely disgusting , and I am incredibly upset ! I'm gonna write this review on every single website that I can find.And i'm gonna tell every single person how incredibly bad this website is!

Placed a delivery order several days in advance of delivery for a standard bouquet for a birthday. You did not deliver on the date requested and did not alert me until that night. Unacceptable. Won't use you again

DO NOT USE FTD!!! I sent flowers to a very dear friend funeral and they looked dead. The arrangement did not look like the picture and the white roses and calla Lillies were brown. I was so embarrassed! When I called they wanted to resend the flowers. The agent who barely spoke English could not understand that you can’t resend funeral flowers. I had to fight to get my monies back. So not only am I upset about the loss of my dear friend I am so upset about the half dead flowers. Please don’t use ftd!!!

I ordered flowers for valentines two weeks in advance and the flowers didn't come two days after and already wilted. Now I asked for refund and they said it was going to take 3-5 business days and it has been 10 business days and the refund hasn't shown up yet. I've followed up multiple times and all they say is "check with your bank". I would never recommend them....at all.

I paid an over 50% surcharge to have flowers delivered the next day to a friend in the hospital. It takes FTD SIX DAYS to deliver them. And they were sent via UPS!!! Used to be they were delivered by a local florist in the area - not anymore! So I get on a chat with "customer service". They offer to refund the delivery charge - useless since my friend never got them. They offer to send another delivery to her home (I never get an email saying there is an order on the way). Then their agent LIES TO ME and says everything is delivered by a florist. When I ask why my order was sent via UPS he hangs up the chat. Thank you FTD for ruining a wonderful business I used to be able to depend upon. I will never be using you again.
