“The flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 9th. When they had not yet been delivered on the 10th I first did tracking on it which is a joke since the only update was that the delivery date had been changed to the 10th. Later in the evening of the 10th I again checked the tracking and it still said the 10th. I then contacted FTD and was connected with someone who barely spoke English. After struggling to understand what she was saying she put me on hold and when she came back on the line she assured me they would be delivered by 6 pm that evening. I said it’s already 6 pm. She then assured me again that they would be delivered that night. By 9 pm they still had not been received. I again checked the delivery status this morning and the tracking still showed that they would be delivered the 10th. At 2 pm today they finally arrived, however the arrangement was nothing like I’d ordered. To say the least I was very disappointed and I will not be using them again.”
“Charged $100 for a simple bouquet, missed the delivery date by so long that the person was no longer in town to receive them, and would only refund me $19. And only communicated with generic form emails. Out $81 dollars and the person never got their flowers. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.”

The “card” was nothing but a strip of paper that had residual ink all over the message. Sent FTD pics of the mess they sent, and only received a thirty percent return. NEVER AGAIN will I use FTD. They force at least one star to leave a review but the deserve ZERO stars !!”
“Tried to have mother day flowers/teddy bear and chocolates delivered on May 10, 2025. The order never showed which I put it on on May 8, 2025. I didn’t know FTD uses UPS to deliver flowers, so there’s a chance they won’t be fresh. This is deceiving! They only agreed to return $5.45 of the order. I will never use FTD again for any flower delivery, since I know it’s not from a local florist. Buyer beware!!!!!!”

“The worst service ever!!! I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day on 5/9/2025 to be delivered on 5/10 and she never received them! I deliberately ordered them early so that she could get her flowers a day early. I called 5 times and each time the reps could not find my order number which was in the confirmation email that was sent to me. I had to keep repeating my name and email address. The only compensation that was offered was for ME to pay an additional $2.99 to have the flowers delivered on Mother’s Day! FTD uses a 3rd party vendor to take orders and there is a huge language barrier. It’s impossible to communicate. This experience was disheartening. FTD should be ashamed for this trashy service! I’m going to report this to the Better Business Bureau!”

I spent $136 on Mother’s Day flower. I bought the Dreamy Meadows Deluxe and what I received was just a bunch of cheap flowers that is missing multiple flowers from what was advertised.
I also requested no yellow or orange flowers to be added and to be swapped with anything else, they did the opposite and added more yellow flowers.
My message card was ripped in half and not able to be used.
