Flowers were wilted upon arrival. I was only offered a 20 percent refund.

2 times in a row in less than a month flowers were not delivered on time. One was to a person over 105 years old; another was to a person over 80 years old. For the person over 105 years old when I contacted FTD no one ever responded. When I contacted FTD about the person over 80 years old, FTD stated it was not their problem; it was UPS as they did not deliver on time. In both cases, I ordered well over a week in advance. Get the flowers to the people on time! No excuses. The excuses given were pathetic. At least take ownership of your mistakes and make them right ... and not by offering a 50% discount.

Do not use!!!! Quality has gone dooooown down down down in recent years. I have been sending flowers a few times a year for many years now... I always order the premium bouquets. And for 100$+ to continue to get bouquets that are smaller than a soccer ball and completely underwhelming is very disappointing This time I placed an order on August 30 for delivery on September 2nd.... Then they notify me that they won't be able to deliver untill the 4th, but FTD only wants to refund me the same day delivery fee which doesn't apply... Terrible communication.... Terrible customer service. I canceled the order and will never use this service again. Yuck yuck yuck. Sace your money. Call a florist directly in the area you are ordering from. You will get more bang for your buck.

FTD delivered the wrong floral arrangement and the one they delivered half the flowers were dead! I will never trust FTD with my flower orders ever again! A horrible experience that nobody will take accountability for.

We are extremely disappointed and upset !! We sent a nice bouquet of flowers to our aunt Anne Losito to celebrate her 100th birthday. The tracking number said that the flowers were delivered yesterday. Since we didnt hear from her, we called her today and asked her if she liked the flowers. She was surprised and told us that there was nothing by her front door. She went looking for them and found them, dried and wilted after a full day in the sun with no water. This is totally unacceptable. You should send her a replacement bouquet of flowers and be sure to ring the bell. If there is no answer, please leave them by the front door, so she can see them. Please let us know. (727 644 1130)

The arrangement was terrible. Flowers on one side and leaves on the other. I was very dissappointed. Especially after paying over $90. I'll have to find someone else for my flower gifts. I had to apologize to my step-daughter.

My wife ordered flowers last Friday. They arrived today (Wednesday) and I would be ashamed to send such a product. The flowers were all wilted. My wife was sending them to my 93 old mother who is facing some health problems. She received dead flowers with only 2 pedals. I can see why their rating is so low. Again, I would be ashamed.

Sent a sympathy planter (peaceful white garden) and was very disappointed when they sent me a picture of what they received. It was sent from a nursery, just a large planter with 3 or 4 small potted plants inside. No moss no nothing.

They used to be so good, but now they skimp you on your flowers. I ordered a big bouquet for a friend and she received a tiny bouquet. Non only was it a smaller bouquet but they didn't deliver it on the day I asked. This has happened more than once. I will NOT be using them again

Not only did the old flowers look nothing like the picture - they were an absolute embarrassment to our family. Under no circumstance will we ever order from FTD again. Paid $185 for a funeral wreath that had MAYBE $10 worth of old flowers.

After flowers were not recieved called FTD to get someone with broken english explain to me that the flowers were delivered. It was 7pm and I had just gotten off the phone with the person who was to get the flowers. The flowers were delivered later that night. It was a Tuesday. Why so late? Why did the representative from FTD tell me the flowers had been delivered when in fact the had not?

I ordered flowers for a very special occasion on behalf of my incapacitated son. Ordered in Thursday, to be delivered Saturday. They were not delivered y til Tuesday, extremely dried up and withered. They refunded 10$. I will not repeat the same mistake of using this company again.

The flowers arrived wilted. My mother had to prune the outer petals and some of the flowers were already tilted downward. Very disappointed

I told you at the time of my last order, I will never use FTD again. I discovered, almost immediately, that my delivery date got entered incorrectly. I notified Customer Service (what a misnomer) at once asking to correct the date. They said they couldn’t even though the flowers wouldn’t be sent for a week. That is ridiculous. I wasn’t trying to cancel the sale but just wanted to correct the delivery date. My flowers arrived a week later than the event. Whatever joy I would have felt had it been received as planned was dashed. I am therefore done with FTD and your affiliates despite years of being a loyal and active customer.

I paid $89 for something that cost maybe $20. It was completely different from what I ordered. It was hideous and I was so embarrassed. They offered to deliver the correct product a day later that never came and then refunded me $19. Never again will I order from this place. Ever! My recommendation is swipe left and go somewhere else. I ordered the glass vase with flowers and got the low budget silver. Flowers were not even close.

My mother-n-law ordered some flowers and they were supposed to be here today. They never showed up and her aunt is being buried at 11 tomorrow!! They said they couldn’t be there by that time, which is so stupid. Oh and not to mention she had to email them 3 TIMES to get ahold of them to get a refund!! This is absolutely ridiculous, I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND this place.

My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers we ordered. They were awful…cheap-looking and nothing like the picture on the FTD website. Won’t be using FTD again.
