The Flowers and vase were pretty and appropriate for the birthday ! However the card ( stantard ) was missing so the reciever wasn't sure who the flowers were from ....

I was a little disappointed when I saw what was delivered. I flew to the funeral service, so I was able to see the plant at the service. The size was smaller than I expected. Would it be possible to place sizes with the plant sizes? Thanks

I sent the flowers to my sister for her birthday. She received them and sent me a picture. They are beautiful thank you for that. I do have a complaint. I paid $6.99 for a greeting card and instead of a card, she received a piece of paper, a trifold piece of paper with what I wanted to say to her on it. I was very disappointed. I called and complained immediately, and I am being reimbursed the money for the card thank you for that. I have never had this problem before and I will not be buying another greeting card.

I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. They did show up on her birthday and they were lovely but they had the wrong card attached. It was a sympathy card for someone’s funeral.

The birthday day cookie order was delivered within the timeframe promised. But, the cookies that I ordered for my friend was replaced without my knowledge. The recipient has a sweet tooth and didn't really mind.

My friend loved the flowers I had sent to her. However, the delivery was less than 5 stars. She just happened to see the driver leave her front door. He did not knock or ring the bell. When she opened the door, there were the flowers sitting in the hot sun. It was a very hot day. If she hadn't seen him leave, they would have been ruined.

The flowers are wonderful but I received an email announcing their delivery 4 hours before they arrived. This caused me to call customer support and worry about whether my order was actually going to arrive on time.

Even though we wrote a card to go in the flowers, a card that included our names, when we went to see our friend she said there was no card. And when she had asked the delivery person who had sent it he told her that he had no idea who had send it. So she had no idea who had sent it until the next day when we went to visit.

The flowers were beautiful once they arrived. However they were received a day later than I chose after being notified the night before the original day I asked for. Fortunately it wasn’t for a special delivery like a birthday or anniversary
