“Everything was great. The ordering experience was a little vexing as I had a hard time understanding when he spoke to me, but I just kept asking him to repeat himself. He was very pleasant, just had a hard time understanding his english and hoped he got the order correct, and he did ! My grandaughter was very pleased with her flowers.”

“The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time, however the delivery person left them outside on the sidewalk by the entrance door in the 100 degree heat. Our office was open so there was no reason not to bring them inside to the reception desk. Not sure what that was about!”

“Overall I am mainly pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, the arrangements that I've sent the past couple of times look nowhere near as good as the picture on the website and even are missing some of the primary flowers that I chose the arrangement for. That is quite disappointing.”

“I bought 5 bouquets in July and all were nice. The key is I bought all of them on the United X website. It will be curious if I get my promised United Miles for those five purchases ! (when I did it years ago the Miles never came through.)”

“Reliable in terms of on-time delivery, and usually the quality is quite good. I really like that they use local florists, although sometimes the result is unpredictable. I ordered my sister the Front Porch Bouquet in the Deluxe version. What she got had the same flowers, but seemed pretty light compared to what was shown for "Deluxe" on the website.”

“There were there when I needed them. But, I wouldn't exactly call their roses top quality. Some started drooping on the forth day.”

“This time I was very pleased! The flowers I ordered and had sent to my mother arrived on time & were exactly what I ordered. And they were beautiful! Last time at Christmas (in fact 2 Christmases in a row), the flowers never came & when a substitute was sent, they were not what I ordered. Customer service did give me a refund.”

“4 star review for the flowers. 2 stars for the delivery. Door bell rang and I hurried to answer. The flowers were left on a step unwrapped and the driver sped away. I never 👎 had this happen to me before!”

“They really enjoyed the flowers. The only issue I had was when I was looking for something to order. It seems alot of the selections where not available for that area. So I had to keep searching for an approriate one. Maybe it is just a sign our current times.”

“Flowers were beautiful but arrived after the Celebration of Life. FTD Customer Service handled it beautifully with a refund. Disappointed but will use this service again as I have always had a good experience with FTD.”
