Thank you FTD and Happy New Year to your staff. I ordered 5 arrangements this holiday. All delivered on time and all recipients were thrilled. Seems flower prices vary depending on locale but like everything, costs just keep going up. It’s all about giving joy for the holidays. Thank you again.

This was my first order to be delivered in Canada, I kept tracking the delivery, finally I had to contact customer service as it was very late in the day and delivery had not been made. I finally got an e-mail the following day.

The Christmas flowers looked nice BUT really wanted the Kinkade arrangement!!! Please have them for next year!

My only problem was with the delivery. I feel like the delivery person should at least ring or knock on the door to let the person know that they have a package not just sit it in a near by chair or on the porch.

Christmas arrangement for my Mom was perfect. Birthday Orchid Garden I got for my best friends birthday was late and just ok. Was pictured in a nice container but delivered in a cheap plastic garden tray.

The selection is always so hard to choose from. There are so many beautiful arrangements to choose from for any occasion. That’s the hardest part about ordering… deciding! The website is so easy to navigate and and order from. Definitely recommend!!!

The tree I ordered was a gift for my mother’s birthday. It was delivered on time and very nice. My only complaint would be, I ordered the deluxe tree (the fuller larger one) and it definitely did not look like it, was more like the middle size, and I paid a lot of money for it.

Ordering was easy as we sent out 2 deliveries. We were notified that one was completed- but not the other. Because it was a funeral it was very difficult to discover if they were received.

I ordered a replacement order with my credit apology, placed order last Friday and got my order on time and it looks fresh, it was the Christmas cactus, too bad I had to go through this hassle to get a good order, too bad it had to come down to this

Flowers were great. I paid extra for a generic Happy Anniversary card. They sent a card that said " To My Wife ". Totally Wrong. It was to my Son & his Wife from Me, their Mom. Very embarrassing! Had to explain the issue!

Our latest FTD delivery was from Safeway. Highly recommend you do not use them. Disappointing how quickly the flowers died.

I wish your company would send a photo of the final product to the person who made the purchase. If I buy an arrangement and send it, I would like to know what it looks like. There are times you could ask a close family member- friend to send a photo but there are other times that request would not be appropriate for various reasons. This is something your company should consider.
