“I ordered a peace lily plant, unfortunately they didn’t have any, they did contact me right away I told them my situation , they did switch it up and made a more than beautiful bouquet of flowers and delivered it the very next morning!

“The flowers are ok. Not quite as full as I would have expected with a step up. What I’m not happy with was the delivery issue. Upon receiving my email receipt when ordering online I noticed that the recipients last name was my last name. I found no way to notify FTD of the error. The flowers were for my mom in a retirement community. Luckily I was able to call where she lives and had to explain the issue. It’s a wonderful place and they went out of their way to make sure that the person who would expect the flowers upon arrival knew the name problem and got them to her.
The lady two times I have placed orders FTD flowers I have been unhappy. Makes me sad for such a longstanding company with a good reputation. I would hate to abandon my years of using FTD.”
