Our latest FTD delivery was from Safeway. Highly recommend you do not use them. Disappointing how quickly the flowers died.

Flowers arrived in good shape but wrong color. Orchids were advertised as orange but arrived to recipient as pink.

I wish your company would send a photo of the final product to the person who made the purchase. If I buy an arrangement and send it, I would like to know what it looks like. There are times you could ask a close family member- friend to send a photo but there are other times that request would not be appropriate for various reasons. This is something your company should consider.

Flowers delivered on time. I was notified about the delivery. But it would have been nice if I had been sent a picture of what it looked like. I have no idea if it was beautiful or not

The Fall bouquet was beautiful and worth the money. However, it was packaged in a deep basket that made it very difficult to water without risking leaks and overflow. I would recommend a conventional vase.

Everything went great except for the cost. The delivery fee was much higher than other florists that are even free sometimes.

The Flowers and vase were pretty and appropriate for the birthday ! However the card ( stantard ) was missing so the reciever wasn't sure who the flowers were from ....

I was a little disappointed when I saw what was delivered. I flew to the funeral service, so I was able to see the plant at the service. The size was smaller than I expected. Would it be possible to place sizes with the plant sizes? Thanks

I sent the flowers to my sister for her birthday. She received them and sent me a picture. They are beautiful thank you for that. I do have a complaint. I paid $6.99 for a greeting card and instead of a card, she received a piece of paper, a trifold piece of paper with what I wanted to say to her on it. I was very disappointed. I called and complained immediately, and I am being reimbursed the money for the card thank you for that. I have never had this problem before and I will not be buying another greeting card.

I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. They did show up on her birthday and they were lovely but they had the wrong card attached. It was a sympathy card for someone’s funeral.
