I placed 2 orders & received delivery confirmations for 2 orders; however, I was charged for 3 orders. They refused to refund me for the order that I didn't place. I've disputed with my credit card company. Never again

My order was not delivered, because the address I provided was incomplete, the unit of the address is 104F not 104.

The worst experience imaginable — I would not wish this on anyone, not even the President of FTD Flowers. I placed an order that was never delivered, and there was no legitimate explanation. The intended recipient never received their anniversary bouquet on their birthday. Customer service provided nothing but lie after lie. This was a display of complete mismanagement and incompetence. My request for management to contact me directly to verify the problem was refused by outsourced representatives. Never order from this company. In my opinion, they operate like scammers.

The Soldier's Spray I ordered and paid for never made to the Church, or the funeral home, or the family. Extremely disappointing and an utter shame.

I ordered Garden of Life Basket deluxe $100, plus delivery charge & tax with a total of $137.72, to be delivered on the same day, Aug 3rd ., I got an email from FTD saying delivery was made at 8pm, I called to check, the recipients did not receive the flowers, have no idea who they delivered the flowers to. I called FTD on Monday to report this, they apologized and said that they would redo and deliver asap. Aug7, I get an email from FTD saying they made delivery. My family called to say they did get the delivery and sent me a picture, it was not the Garden of Life Basket that I had ordered, just some white flowers in a vase, $137.72 for that, are you kidding me. I believe you need to credit my card for this big mistake. I already ordered other flowers from another company whom delivered! I will never again order from FTD. Failed To Deliver-FTD!

FTD is terrible. Avoid at all costs! Ordered and paid for 8/8 delivery, no communication unless I call and find out rescheduled for 8/11. Complain, offered 30% discount with delivery guaranteed 8/9. You can guess what happened next. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered flowers for someone's birthday, which was days after their mom died. FTD informed me at almost 5 p.m. on Friday, the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered that they couldn't deliver them. No reason given! Then said they would deliver them on the following MONDAY, the day of the funeral. Not Saturday. And no notice--I could have ordered them from somewhere else if I'd known (I placed the order early on Thursday). Never again.

I ordereed the flowers to be dleivered on Thursday - the day after my friend's surgery. She thanked me for the flowers. I went to visit her the next day and saw the flowers - I was embarrassed! They were cheap yellow daisies and lililies - already dying - for &75 it was like leftovers - terrible service

My wife received flowers that had been in a hot truck all day in Texas. Flowers were in a box a were almost dead. Very disappointed.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the ones shown online. My friend sent me a photo of what she received, and I was extremely disappointed. It felt like false advertising, and the quality was nowhere near worth the high price I paid.

I have not had a good experience using FTD and I will most likely no longer use them as a vendor. I had ordered a large bouquet with a balloon to be delivered for a family members 90th birthday. I received confirmation the flowers were delivered and, although dozens of people were at the delivery address for the birthday party, nobody ever saw or received the order. I have had difficulty communicating with this vendor, the website chat has not worked and I had to submit an email request for assistance. I submitted this 3 days ago and still have not received a follow up or confirmation of a replacement bouquet being sent. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with FTD.

My flower order was delivered one day late (after the event), and were left of a West-facing sun-baked front porch. No notice was given to the recipient. It's a mistake to assume your order from FTD will be reliable or fresh when delivered. Never again!

They present themselves as having local shops do the set up and delivery. They do not. Actually they ship via UPS. And then the day of delivery the flowers do not arrive. If you inquire they send you to waste your time tracking it. It showed up still in a UPS hub. Expecting delivery in one or two days. It was for a Birthday celebration. No need anymore. The party is over. I enter the complaint and they propose to issue a 20% refund. Which is of no use. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Carefull do not fall into the ilussion of local flower shop delivery.

Worst service ever. First they changed the delivery address AFTER I called to verify, then they email they can’t deliver on the date requested. (Ordered 4 days before needed.) When calling to cancel the order all together, they kept saying I did not understand, they couldn’t deliver on the day requested, but they would be happy to cancel the original order and place new order. I kept saying to cancel the order altogether and they kept saying I didn’t understand. Ridiculous!! Will never use FTD again.

Ordered a nice arrangement for a coworker that just had a baby. Called to say how unhappy I was, and they offered to send more flowers, telling me they would be beautiful. They should have been beautiful the first time! How ridiculous is that? And how embarrassing? Anyway, this is what I ordered versus what was delivered.

I was fooled into clicking into the FTD website, which popped up when I was searching for the legitimate florist in my mother's town. I know flowers are expensive, but for $100 I expected a quality arrangement that RESEMBLED THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION. The florist took every shortcut including substituting dried purple statice for blue delphinium. The arrangement on the website specifically said the flowers pictured would be available for delivery that day. I would have let it all slide, but the whole arrangement died the next day! When I wrote to FTD, they had me fill out a form as if they would re-deliver a new arrangement, but then sent an email for a 30% refund instead. So much for any guarantee. After using shady practices to poach my business, and then completely failing to deliver,I wouldn't trust them with a handful of dandelions.

So I ordered 2 flower arrangements for my wife's birthday. 50 roses plus another arrangement. 1 came from a local florist the 50 roses with a vase and chocolates were shipped originally to be delivered early in the day so its now 7:30 pm parties over no roses. The chocolates are probably all melted and no good. Very Poor company would never recommend them to anyone. Further update when the flowers are actually delivered.
