Iam VERY upset with this company! I ordered these specifically for my mother in laws birthday..... which was TODAY.... that's why i put the delivery date today, and they NEVER came today!!!. I should have never used this company. I have always ordered local and i decided to give yall a try and not only was my package NOT delivered today but when I placed the order yesterday my total was 65 dollars and some change. But yall charged my card 80 something dollars. NEVER again will i use this company!!!

I have ordered from FTD twice in the last 6 months. Both times the orders were to congratulate my children on opening a business. The March ordered arrived 3 days late. I did not complain and I accepted that things happen. It was unfortunate but not life altering. I gave them another try and they failed again. I placed an order on July 12th to be delivered on July 15th for a Grand Opening. I have reached out several times and now they are saying it should be there by July 17th. This is unacceptable for orders that were each over $100. Contact a florist directly in the town you are sending to and avoid FTD at all costs.

The photo did not depict the actual (significantly smaller) bouquet that was delivered. Extremely disappointed. The size of the bouquet was so small and the photo I received from the recipient also looked like the flowers were not fresh.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. I got an apology email stating that the flowers could not be sent on that date. They said that the flowers would be sent instead on Monday, the 14th. I received another of the same emails stating they couldn't be delivered today but they would deliver them on the 15th. Really? What's the point of asking for a date that you want flowers delivered if you're just going to deliver them when you darn well please? I canceled the order and am so disappointed with this company. There's no excuse for this! Buyer beware!

We bought a bouquet of flowers for my motheer in laws birthday. We received a picture from her and it looked nothing like th boquet I ordered- different colors and different flowers. Even worse, the petals of many of the flowers were falling off on day 2. Very disappointed.

I wish I would have remembered my first experience with FTD. The flowers were fine, but the delivery was unpredictable and unreliable. FTD will not allow you to contact the florist directly, so you end up stuck in the dark with only vague information to work with. Take my advice, do a little research and contact a local florist directly. Without the middleman (FTD) you can contact the florist directly and you’re likely to get a nicer arrangement with the money saved on the florist’s end. FTD ended up ruining what was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, which is kind of the main goal. Having worked in the floral industry some years ago, I should’ve known better. Never again!

Will never order from FTD again. Paid $100 for flowers and received something totally different. Never again. Look at what I ordered and see what I received no Lillie’s mostly funeral flowers. Never ever again and I’m going to post it on social media.

The $70 (+$20 delivery) I spent resulted in a scant number of stems, short cut in an ugly jam jar. While the recipient was kind enough to thank me, the offering was embarrassing, and we ended up having a god laugh. It was the only good thing to come out of it.

Are you kidding. I placed my order a week in advance and it was never delivered. No one called to say there was a problem with the order. I called to see where my order was no reason why the flowers were not delivered no apologies now that we missed my aunts birthday they say the will arrive now3 days late. I cancelled the order.

I was very disappointed with my recent order #60388278120, "Fresh Peony Bouquet," delivered in New York City 06/27/2025. The package was opened (with excitement) almost immediately on arrival, the base of the stems cut and the peonies place in water. After a day or two, 3 or 4 in the bunch opened partially -- never fully, to this day. Two stems seemed dead on arrival. And the rest of the peonies in the bunch never opened at all. What could have happened? Were they frozen in shipment? A sad waste of over $100. R. Duvall

I was very disappointed that the delivery was sitting on the porch. The lady it went to did not get a knock or doorbell ring. Good thing something else got delivered or she would not have gotten her flowers. This was not a good experience.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, June 28th to celebrate my Granddson and his wifes first anniversary. They cost me $97.10. They were not delivered until Tuesday, July 1. They arrived too late for the celebration. I am so disappointed.

Not the first time I've used this service, but probably the last. Flowers were not delivered on date requested. A day later, flowers were dry, wilted. Only $ 22.00 refund. Poor service

I have ordered many time from FTD, but this time will be my last. The order was never delivered, as was promised twice by the customer service team. Finally, they said that their florists didn’t deliver to this delivery address I requested. Why wasn’t this said when I made the order? I will never use FTD again! TERRIBLE!

I ordered a balloon arrangement for my six year old granddaughter’s kindergarten graduation. The arrangement was left on the front porch, secured only by a plastic weight. The balloons blew away. A neighbor found the balloons in his back yard four days later.
