Not the first time I've used this service, but probably the last. Flowers were not delivered on date requested. A day later, flowers were dry, wilted. Only $ 22.00 refund. Poor service

I have ordered many time from FTD, but this time will be my last. The order was never delivered, as was promised twice by the customer service team. Finally, they said that their florists didn’t deliver to this delivery address I requested. Why wasn’t this said when I made the order? I will never use FTD again! TERRIBLE!

I ordered a balloon arrangement for my six year old granddaughter’s kindergarten graduation. The arrangement was left on the front porch, secured only by a plastic weight. The balloons blew away. A neighbor found the balloons in his back yard four days later.

I don’t even know if my flowers reached the friend I ordered them for. I do not believe they did. I paid extra to have delivered quickly and they were sent home before receiving. I did try to change info. I haven’t heard she received them. So I guess she did not. Very expensive! For no flowers. Very disappointed!

ordered tulips for a friends birthday. they have yet to open from the bulb version they have arrived as. Irises were also part of the bouquet and they have since died/wilted. does not look like the tulips wwill ever really bloom as hoped. very disappointed .

Haven’t received gift on the day it was due. I won’t be using FTD again. What a shame! I’ve always appreciated this company in the past. Unreal!! Flowers arrived dead… no water in vase. Poor service!!

I'm so disappointed. Your customer service agent just read and don't really hear what the customer. I feel like the agents are not empowered to tell the truth. They are reading a script. I will NEVER use you again.

Flowers were ordered online to be delivered. Flowers were delivered 3 days after agreed to. They didn’t have any problem taking my money when the order was placed knowing they couldn’t deliver on time. Flowers were for my 4 year old niece’s recital. Occasion was missed. Will never order from here again

RANGEPRO.ORG responded to my inquiry within a day, explained everything clearly, and didn’t waste time. RANGEPRO.ORG recovered my funds faster than expected, and their support team was always on standby when I had questions. Highly recommend

I engaged their services, hoping for investment and professional guidance, but I was let down when my experience didn't meet those hopes. I suffered a loss of $58,500 in less than a month, which was incredibly frustrating. Looking back, I realized I should have done more research before proceeding. Nevertheless, I'm thankful that I reached out to guard recovery.net, they offered timely assistance that helped me reclaim my funds. Guard recovery support was invaluable and deeply appreciated.

I lost all my savings within a week and was unable to withdraw any funds. After reporting the issue to DIZETTE.COM, I was eventually able to regain access to my money. It was an extremely stressful and challenging experience.

Do not order from FTD. I ordered flowers and chocolate. First confirmed delivery date was missed. On second day the wrong flowers were delivered and no chocolate. I called and was advised they would redeliver. That never happened. Called again and was given another redelivery date with a percentage off. Never received chocolates or flowers I purchased. Do not order from FTD.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet that consisted of at least 4 different types of flowers. I expected my order to look like the sample images, give or take minor differences in flower variety or color. What the recipient received was a measly 9 roses in an oversized vase, hardly a bouquet. While disappointing it would've been acceptable had they made a huge bouquet of only roses if they didn't have other varieties but this was just insulting. I complained to customer service and had to press them so hard to give me a 100% refund. At first they offered 30% then 50% of the original amount which was a joke. I kept telling them that I expected a full refund and I didn't want another potentially upsetting redelivery.

I placed $100 order and was not informed that if the recipient wasn’t home, they just leave the product out at the front door for no one to receive live flowers. This is the worst customer service ever and I literally wasted $100 that I can’t get back and when I made a phone call to customer service, they hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with it. I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral home for a wake. The flowers were never delivered. When I called after the wake, I was told that I called too late. They would not be delivered. Absolutely embarrassing experience.

My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day. The arrived a day late and wilted when I called the company Xavier’s flowers in Fall River ma I was treated so terribly like I was wrong for calling them I checked Xavier’s rating and they are a 1 rating because of the terrible flowers and customer service. I called FTD. They were going to send another bouquet the next day. I never got another bouquet I asked why are they using a company with such a bad rating with no answer I will never use FTD again …. I will submit the pictures of what was ordered and what was received..

Absolutely the worst!! This was such a prominent company back in the day. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers on 3 May to be delivered on the ninth only after I pay I’m notified it will not be delivered till the 12th. Today is the 17th and no flowers so I called the customer service line dispatched to an India call center Where they tried everything but to refund me my money until I was adamant about it. I will never use FTD ever again.
