The flowers delivered were not as described on the website. I paid extra to get the largest bouquet $145 and the arrangement was tiny. I included the two pictures. One of the actual arrangement and one of the arrangement described on their website

I mean you can tell which of these reviews are fabricated and fake bc this service is absolutely AWFULLLLLLLLLL. This company is a scam. I'm giving it diligence even calling it a service bc I received the antithesis of that. Like what could possibly prompt me to leave a negative review about a FLOWER DELIVERY. A service thats supposed to bring happiness brought the opposite. Well lets start the obvious: after talking to them on the phone with three different people, three times today about my order, they STILL got it wrong. What was delivered was not even CLOSE as you see in the pictures. I mean how do you visually screw up a bouquet THAT bad even after we've spoken today 3 freaking times. I feel like they did it on purpose because they were sick of talking to me. Well, why were we talking you mention? Because I was trying to get a hold of the local florist/vendor they were "working with" due to an ancillary request which is something that would have to be accommodated by the vendor, not FTD. They have the most INSANE policy where they won't tell you the name of the vendor they are working with. They claim its a "privacy issue" which is a whole lot of bs. So I went and called EVERY florist in the area (a total of 14 of them) and not a single one of them had reference of my order. EVERY FLORIST i called was kind and accomodating and referenced how ridiculous that policy was. If i just did the right thing and worked with a local florist they would have helped. So FTD I have the company of 13 florists to disgaree with your so called policy. Which leads me to this. It's a policy because they clearly DO NOT work with local vendors and they so clearly have some warehouse or something with some nobody scrambling whatever flowers they have in stock together. Any sane company would just admit that but clearly that wasnt teh case today. Despicable. Give me a refund and I'll shut up.

My order wasn’t delivered but I got a confirmation email. I paid $35 for next day shipping so will never be buying from you again and will be telling everyone I know to never order here when it actually counts!!!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and they never delivered! They said wait until 8:00… who gets flowers at 8:00 at night. Waited until 8:30, called the company to speak to someone I couldn’t understand. They said they will deliver the next day. Do you know how stupid i feel not getting the flowers for the birthday?

Flowers were to be delivered to a patient at a medical center. Received an e-mail that "due to no one being home delivery was unsuccessful." However, the hospital name, address & patient's room number, along with a telephone number were placed on the on-line request. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Too many excuses for an expensive arrangement that never made it to its distination!

I had to contact FTD twice before I received any information about my order and why it was delayed. Two days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I was told that the bouquet I ordered was unavailable. A substitute bouquet was delivered three days late. I was told I would receive a refund for the shipping charges and I never received the refund.

I have purchased flowers from them for my father-in-law’s memorial. Out of three arrangements. One was there when I arrived. And then called to check on the status of the other two the second one arrived as the guest were arriving, they had to walk through the service to place the flowers. The third arrangement never showed up. When I contacted FTD they told me that the first two flowers did arrive so they would give me 50% off on the second arrangement that grant you arrived when people were being seated and a full refund for the one I never receive.. how generous of them. I would not recommend them. I had to escalate the car, spend a better part of an hour and a half to resolve this you would think they would have more respect considering their line of business knowing that when flowers are going to a memorial service they should be done in a timely and stress-free. I can assure you that was not my experience.

I recently placed an order for a bouquet of white roses to be sent to the family of a deceased friend. What they received was far from what I ordered A white rose bush with one white small rose on it. I ordered on computer and the order was received in Chicago, it took almost a week for friends IN NY to receive it. I did receive a very small rebate after complaining. PLEASE ALWAYS CALL YOU ORDER INTO THE LOCAL FLORIST IN THE AREA YOU WANT. DO NOY USE FTD

I would not recommend using FTD. I sent flowers to a funeral. they were supposed to be an upright spray. They were not. They were on the floor. They were wilted. I do not recommend.

The flowers I order were a soft pink and green in an oblong wooden box. The flowers delivered were several colors, white, red, green... and they were in a glass case.

My 81 yo mom received the wrong card/message. The one she received was inappropriate. I called customer service and really didn't help. Never use!

It's September 2025, I order flowers for my wife here in San Antonio TX. The idiots left the arrangement on our door step in 95+ degree weather. Never again will they see $$ from me. Their customer service is even worst than the incompetent deliverer.

I will never order flowers from you again. My order #60397131728 was never dilivered, not even after I called to ask that it be redelivered. The delivery address is not in a neighborhood where flowers would be stolen from the front porch. Not to mention the recipient was home to receive it. There was no proof of delivery either via photo. The address is correct BTW. I'd like a refund! And this the not the first time this has happened.

The delivery was left on the porch without ringing the doorbell. The flowers were left in the summer heat for almost four hours without the recipient knowing that they were there. She was home the entire time. Very disappointed!

2 times in a row in less than a month flowers were not delivered on time. One was to a person over 105 years old; another was to a person over 80 years old. For the person over 105 years old when I contacted FTD no one ever responded. When I contacted FTD about the person over 80 years old, FTD stated it was not their problem; it was UPS as they did not deliver on time. In both cases, I ordered well over a week in advance. Get the flowers to the people on time! No excuses. The excuses given were pathetic. At least take ownership of your mistakes and make them right ... and not by offering a 50% discount.

Do not use!!!! Quality has gone dooooown down down down in recent years. I have been sending flowers a few times a year for many years now... I always order the premium bouquets. And for 100$+ to continue to get bouquets that are smaller than a soccer ball and completely underwhelming is very disappointing This time I placed an order on August 30 for delivery on September 2nd.... Then they notify me that they won't be able to deliver untill the 4th, but FTD only wants to refund me the same day delivery fee which doesn't apply... Terrible communication.... Terrible customer service. I canceled the order and will never use this service again. Yuck yuck yuck. Sace your money. Call a florist directly in the area you are ordering from. You will get more bang for your buck.
