I was very disappointed with the service. Birthday flowers did not arrive on time and I was awarded $2.99 for the inconvenience. Will not use company again.

My company ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered to an employee's mother while she was unexpectedly in the hospital at Christmastime. No delivery was made and I received no notice as well. I had to ask the employee if the flowers had been received. I suggest at least notifying the buyer that the delivery can't be made, although there was no reason for this oversight.

I ordered 3 of the same arrangements and paid the up charge for best/premier size that boasted 13” x 14” in height and width. None delivered met even the standard size. For the first received was the one I had planned to use as a centerpiece for Christmas Eve, the others were to 3rd parties who confirmed the size of the arrangements were at best 9” x 10”. When I contacted FTD customer service about the first order they said they would make it right by locating a local florist to redeliver the arrangement, and below are pics of what I ordered (red ornament vase, mini ornaments, candy cane) vs what I received. They later offered a 30% refund but at this point I don’t need a refund I need the arrangement I ordered and paid for 3x over.

Very poor Christmas flower tree arrangement. The tree did not look like the one advertised online. Poor quality with a couple of flowers. I most likely will not use this site again.

Flowers were for my mother celebrating her 93rd birthday and were delivered after we had already celebrated her birthday—very disappointing. Furthermore, flowers were of poor quality. The white roses were browning around the edges before I ever removed them from the box. For $125.00, I expected better quality flowers. I will never use FTD again due to late delivery and poor quality product.

Did not give a delivery window. Had to contact customer service.(Which hung up on me) They missed the same day delivery (the whole point) and offered a refund of just the same day fee (a fee not disclosed until the end anyways) Had to call back customer service and cancel the whole order. Will never use

Do not order from here. They never got my flowers delivered in a timely fashion. I never had a problem with 1-800-flowers. Customer service is horrible. Try another company

Came too soon. Also flowere were alread in full bloom and after 2 days, look very sad and won't make it another couple of days. Very disappointed that the order ws filled by Harris Teeter, a grocery store and not a florist shop.

I've been ordering flowers from FTD for years. They're always beautiful!! However a few weeks ago I sent a $100 arrangement to my friends parents for their 65 wedding anniversary and I was so very disappointed!! They came in a box with the vase (that I paid extra for) separate. Some of the flowers were dead!!

They left the flowers at the front door in 50 degree weather. They did not knock or ring the bell or wait for anyone to come to the door. I finally called my mother at 8 pm because I hadn't heard from her and she found them on the front step freezing. They started dying and today are in bad shape.Definately not worth the $130 I paid.

I highly doubt you will listen and improve since your customer service is all OFF SHORE. I ordered two items to go to the same address for a family funeral and you charged me two delivery charges. I will never order from you again. I will call local florists that do not use your service. I called to ask for help and your OFF SHORE person refused to help. YOU GET A 1 GOOGLE RATING. I WOULD GO NEGATIVE IF I COULD.

I am disgusted with every aspect of this service. The product I recieved was not the product i ordered. It was in a completely different pot. The plant was so severely damaged it was almost unrecognizable. The letter I included was misspelled with special characters instead of the alphabet. When i called customer service the representative said that they are not responsible for how UPS handles the package even though the package was not properly labeled with "handle with care", "fragile" or "this side up" labels so how would the delivery service know how to handle the package. This place is absolute trash. If i could give zero stars i would for poor product, poor customer service, and poor packaging

I ordered flowers on Oct 17th to be delivered for a funeral/ visitation on Oct 24th, they didn't get delivered till Oct 27th, and they looked crappie

If I could give a zero I would. I’m 56 years old and this was the first time I used FTD by referral of a friend. I may not be friends anymore after this experience. I’ve always used another flower delivery website without issue. I ordered flowers for a funeral 5 days in advance of when I needed them delivered. I received confirmation of my order. Then at 1:15 PM on the day they were supposed to be delivered I received a call that they couldn’t deliver them because they couldn’t find a local florist that could do it. I find it hard to believe that that didn’t know before today placing me in a bind. I called my normal place for a delivery and miraculously they were able to deliver them for same day. FTD couldn’t find a way to deliver in 5 days but another company could do same day? I encourage everyone to stay away from FTD and utilize a different company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

What I ordered versus what my 80 year old grandmother received for her birthday. Flowers were scraggely, broken, not the right amount, and were not blooming. I ordered premium and she received a hot mess.

I went on FTD’s website to order flowers for my mother who is in the hospital. The hurdle liking flowers look as though they took them from a cemetery. The flowers were wilted and oranges were dark. I’m not using this company again. I’ve ordered from this company once before and a friend didn’t receive the flowers. I’m done with their company now. I’ve wasted my money. OMG look at the flowers that i ordered versus the flowers that she received. Next stop is the better business bureau
