I placed $100 order and was not informed that if the recipient wasn’t home, they just leave the product out at the front door for no one to receive live flowers. This is the worst customer service ever and I literally wasted $100 that I can’t get back and when I made a phone call to customer service, they hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with it. I will never order from FTD again.
