“I put my trust in FTD and they let me down! Flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time but NOT the arrangements we were expecting & many of the blooms were wilted. Not at all what I was expecting for more than $200… customer service offered me a 30% refund but the damage is done. I don’t get a chance to correct this mistake. Very disappointing!”
“Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day. They are hideous. Called to get new flowers and they aren't available and asked me to pick a different bouquet. I had them refund me my money, because I can get 6 sets of roses from Walmart and they would look better.”

It was called smiles and sunshine deluxe with a red vase. Got the red vase, but wilted and dead flowers. I also wrote two emails to customer service and each one says that they’ll get back to you within 48 hours. It’s been 72 hours. Not my ideal flower company as I wasted $113. I will never use FTD again.”
“Horrible experience wish I could give 0 stars. They changed the delivery date with no clear reason. On the new delivery day they sent their confirmation email saying item was "delivered" even though it had not yet arrived. It ended up arriving hours after the "delivery confirmation" at almost 9pm at night!! Who delivers flowers at night?!!! Not surprisingly their chat bot was "not available" to use. Customer Service was useless and absolutely no help with my questions, could barely hear the people on the phone the connection was so bad. I will never use this service again! INSANE. Absolute SCAM!!!!”
“What went wrong is what I would like to know! Because I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister for her birthday and she never received them! I called at 6:30pm and someone told me they had until 8pm! 1st I was disappointed because I would have that she would get them during the day for her to enjoy! But then I called again after 8pm to see if they knew an update and she asked my what was the problem? After I just told her! So then I asked for a refund! I did get it but no explanation as to what happened! I am so disappointed and not only did I have to explain to my sister I didn’t forget her birthday but I ruined what was supposed to be a surprise! So know we are both disappointed and upset! Thanks so much for your help!

“I 10/10 DO NOT recommend anyone shop with this company. My experience was beyond frustrating and unprofessional.
For starters, they advertise same-day delivery, but that is a complete lie. I placed an order expecting it to arrive the following day, as promised, but it never showed up. When I followed up, they assured me it would be delivered the next day and even gave me a specific time. Guess what? Still no flowers.
When I called to request a refund, they tried to pressure me into accepting a small partial refund while still delivering the flowers. I mistakenly agreed, thinking the refund would cover the full amount—it didn’t. When the flowers finally arrived, they looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The arrangement was supposed to be full and beautiful with the specific flowers I ordered, but instead, I got eight random flowers surrounded by a bunch of greenery.
I called again to request a full refund and for them to pick up the flowers. The customer service agent was dismissive, talking low and tried to rush me off the phone while only offering another partial credit again. I refused to hang up until I received an email confirmation of my full refund. The email even stated that if the funds weren’t returned in the timeframe promised, I should contact my bank—so clearly, they running game on people.
This was an absolute waste of time from start to finish. Terrible service, misleading advertising, and awful product quality. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.”
“Do not order from FTD. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of pink and white flowers (pictured) and received red and purple flowers that look NOTHING like the picture. They aren’t even the same type of flowers! Not to mention, half of the flowers are wilting already.”

Got an email saying they were delivered and they weren't. Called and demanded a refund and after being offered several discounts they finally agreed to refund my money. Spent over $120 for flowers that never arrived. If you can't fulfill an order...don't take the order and take peoples money. Horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.”
“I ordered $150 worth of mixed (3 color) roses. What she got was 24 one color. When I called they offed a 10% discount on my next order. After I argued the point they final agreed to do a reorder and she would have them by 5 o'clock, surprisingly enough she never received them. I called back and they agreed to refund 50%. I got a $49 refund of the $150. Not sure how that's 50%. Customer service was ok to deal with but I kept having them to repeat themselves because of the language barrier.”
“I placed an order on 1/25 for flowers to be delivered to my wife's office on 2/14. The deliver did not arrive before the office closed. I contacted FTD and requested to have the delivery made to our residence. The delivery never arrived. I contacted FTD to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told I would receive a 30 percent refund on my order. I was floored with disbelief. I refused the offer and disputed the charge with the credit card company.”
“I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day on 2/4/25 and to be delivered on 2/14/25. It is now February 16th and have yet to receive the flowers. I asked for a refund but am told the flowers will be delivered and I will be notified when the flowers will be delivered. I don't need notification for I live at the address. FTD has lost a customer.”
“I am extremely dissatisfied with FTD. Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s to be delivered 02/14. Email received from FTD saying delayed delivered. I called 02/14 and was informed would still be delivered by 5pm. No delivery came. On 02/15 received email delivered. No delivery came. If not delivered before 5pm today then the address will have to change as she will not be there again until next weekend. Unacceptable. The address and business name for delivery is correct. The store was open 9am-730pm on 02/14 & 2/15 and noone came to deliver. Flowers were important as my father died and before he passed he requested my mother to have flowers sent to her from him ON Valentine’s day...not days later. Very unhappy with my FTD membership and to offer me 30% off for flowers to be delivered days later and a lie that they had been delivered is not the quality of customer service that I would expect from FTD.”
“I placed an order a month in advance for my friend to receive roses on Valentine's Day. After paying over $100 after exchange my friend has yet to receive her flowers and FTD gives canned responses to my concerns. When they were given over a month to get it right, the very expensive order is still yet to arrive. Not acceptable.”

“I had flowers ordered for my daughter on Monday the 10th of February, they were supposed to be delivered on February 14 Valentine's Day and the were not, was never told they would be delivered by UPS, so now my daughter will not get them until Monday February 17th, so disappointed, will never order flowers from here again, I paid a lot of money for the flowers and strawberries.”
“The flowers, being a gift, arrived appearing wilted, smashed from packaging, and almost dead. The vase selected was suppose to be red, but clear one was given instead. I reached out immediately and asked that a new order, or for a refund, and only a 20% refund was offered. I will NOT ever purchase from this company.”
