I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my elderly mom on Monday 5/3 to be delivered on Friday 5/9 (2 days before Mother’s Day) I was told by 5 pm. Flowers were not delivered I was upset and canceled the order on 6/9 in the evening. Order was canceled and refunded. I had to buy something else last minute. Today 5/14 someone is calling me telling me they want to deliver the flowers today Wednesday (5/14/25) 3 days past Mother’s day. They must be deranged Mother’s Day is over it is too late. I am very disappointed with FTD Flowers first time ordering from them.
