I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. They called me on Mother’s Day and told me they were not able to deliver them until the day after Mother’s Day. They promised to call and apologize to my mom for the mix up. They never called and never delivered the flowers. When I called them to find out what happened, they said they could give me a partial refund. I told them that was fraud to offer a service, not provide the service and then refund part of the money back. They claim the money will now be fully refunded in a few days. We shall see.
