Looks like flowers were picked out of the garbage and delivered. FTD did nothing to try and fix the problem or offer a solution. Apparently customer service is not very important to them. I would highly recommend using another source.

Complete scam! They are blaming UPS for the flowers not being delivered. No refund offered. Im so disappointed/Buyer beware. Never order from FTD!! I will also contact BBB.

Horrible flowers sent for Mother’s Day. The first picture is what I ordered, the others are what was delivered. Never use them again. It will not let me upload the pictures

Horrible service what I paid for and what I got it’s embarrassing, flowers are way shorter and a lot less than what is advertised.

Had flowers delivered on 5/9/25 for Mother’s Day . They arrived with three dead flowers and a sad looking arrangement. The “card” was nothing but a strip of paper that had residual ink all over the message. Sent FTD pics of the mess they sent, and only received a thirty percent return. NEVER AGAIN will I use FTD. They force at least one star to leave a review but the deserve ZERO stars !!

Tried to have mother day flowers/teddy bear and chocolates delivered on May 10, 2025. The order never showed which I put it on on May 8, 2025. I didn’t know FTD uses UPS to deliver flowers, so there’s a chance they won’t be fresh. This is deceiving! They only agreed to return $5.45 of the order. I will never use FTD again for any flower delivery, since I know it’s not from a local florist. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Atrocious service. Flowereds not delivered on scheduled day twice. Customer service is in another country. Dropped calls. Strong accents hard to understand. Will never use ftd again. They are the worst.

The worst service ever!!! I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day on 5/9/2025 to be delivered on 5/10 and she never received them! I deliberately ordered them early so that she could get her flowers a day early. I called 5 times and each time the reps could not find my order number which was in the confirmation email that was sent to me. I had to keep repeating my name and email address. The only compensation that was offered was for ME to pay an additional $2.99 to have the flowers delivered on Mother’s Day! FTD uses a 3rd party vendor to take orders and there is a huge language barrier. It’s impossible to communicate. This experience was disheartening. FTD should be ashamed for this trashy service! I’m going to report this to the Better Business Bureau!

Horrible, do not order from FTD. I spent $136 on Mother’s Day flower. I bought the Dreamy Meadows Deluxe and what I received was just a bunch of cheap flowers that is missing multiple flowers from what was advertised. I also requested no yellow or orange flowers to be added and to be swapped with anything else, they did the opposite and added more yellow flowers. My message card was ripped in half and not able to be used. This place is an absolute scam

I received an email stating that flowers had been delivered today. Flowers absolutely not delivered to the delivery residence. Spoke with FTD Customer Service, who was nearly impossible to understand. Barely spoke English. Will never order from them again.

Don’t walk away from this website. Run!!! I ordered these premium flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day and what came was extremely disappointing. I spent over $200 and they refunded me $45. It is not worth it!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, no accountability for the florist that they chose. Rip off, save your money and go buy it yourself from a florist. $85 for flowers not including delivery & tax. Looks like it came from the grocery store!!!

These flowers come have wilted. A rose had literally all petals fall off another one day later is toast. They know these are gifts and the person paying will not see the results and the recipient does not want to take away the joy the sender had. So I would not recommend them

A complete disaster. I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day and it arrived wilting/dead and completely falling apart. The card message was complete gibberish. When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund the costly price I had to pay for a pile of wilted petals. Do NOT shop with this company, they do not care about you or your satisfaction.

What I ordered and what I received was not the same.Ordered deluxe flower arrangements and received a very small one and the 5 flowers in it was about dead..Paid $116 for this with delivery fees.Called FTD and told me sorry by someone who could hardly speak English..Was offered a 27 dollar refund.This was for mother's day.I will never use them again..

I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my 90 year old Aunt for Mothers Day. It was very important so I ordered them way in advance. The order was not delivered on the expedited date I paid for and then I was told it would be delivered the next day which is the day before Mothers Day and still she didn't get them. FTD canceled my deliver without a message, email or call. This is the second year In a row they didn't deliver. Last year the broke my personalized vase and would not fix another one in time even though it was there fault. I will never order flowers from FTD again. They have the worst delivery service. I'm a very unhappy customer and customer service did not assist at all but rather made it me feel like it was my fault instead of theirs.🥵😡 Sincerely a very upset no longer a customer.

Absolutely the worst people to deal with. Ordered flowers for my mother 6 days before Mother’s Day. They called me 4 times asking for the phone number of the recipient and after all that, the flowers did not get delivered. They said they would get there on the Monday after Mother’s Day. Every single person I spoke with barely spoke recognizable English and were the most incompetent group of customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with. One guy even hung up on me. Never again

A week and a half before Mother's Day, I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 10 (the day before Mother's Day). The confirmation I received from FTD confirmed the delivery date of May 10. May 10 arrives - no flowers. I checked tracking which now said they would be delivered on May 12 (the day AFTER Mother's Day). I call customer service, which confirmed FTD was now delivering on May 12 because, as the customer service representative explained, "it's a busy time of year." No kidding - that's why I ordered a whole week and a half in advance. After suggesting that FTD should have told me that it couldn't deliver on May 10 at the time I ordered (or at least that it couldn't guarantee the delivery date and that flowers deliver for Mother's Day AFTER Mother's Day were pretty much worthless, I was offered a 30% discount. Then a 50% discount. I countered each time with full refund since I wasn't getting the benefit of the bargain. After 20 minutes on the phone I finally got the full refund, which is the right result, but why did I have to fight to get there? It just adds insult to injury. I will never order from FTD again.

Terrible service!!! I ordered a deluxe beautiful bouquet for my mom and she got a cheap bunch of mostly stems that a 5 year old could do. They said they’d fix it and have not. Will never use them again!!
