Ordered flowers for Mother's Day which simply did not arrive. I chased them during the day to confirm i should still expect delivery that day, and was assured, on their live chat function, that delivery would still occur before the agreed 8am-8pm window. At 8.30pm the flowers had still not arrived and i had received zero communication. I again contacted them expressing my disappointment. They offered to refund half my money and deliver the following day (e.g. the monday after Mother's Day) I told them to cancel my order completely and refund me in full. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
