The flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 9th. When they had not yet been delivered on the 10th I first did tracking on it which is a joke since the only update was that the delivery date had been changed to the 10th. Later in the evening of the 10th I again checked the tracking and it still said the 10th. I then contacted FTD and was connected with someone who barely spoke English. After struggling to understand what she was saying she put me on hold and when she came back on the line she assured me they would be delivered by 6 pm that evening. I said it’s already 6 pm. She then assured me again that they would be delivered that night. By 9 pm they still had not been received. I again checked the delivery status this morning and the tracking still showed that they would be delivered the 10th. At 2 pm today they finally arrived, however the arrangement was nothing like I’d ordered. To say the least I was very disappointed and I will not be using them again.
