“I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day on 2/4/25 and to be delivered on 2/14/25. It is now February 16th and have yet to receive the flowers. I asked for a refund but am told the flowers will be delivered and I will be notified when the flowers will be delivered. I don't need notification for I live at the address. FTD has lost a customer.”
“I am extremely dissatisfied with FTD. Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s to be delivered 02/14. Email received from FTD saying delayed delivered. I called 02/14 and was informed would still be delivered by 5pm. No delivery came. On 02/15 received email delivered. No delivery came. If not delivered before 5pm today then the address will have to change as she will not be there again until next weekend. Unacceptable. The address and business name for delivery is correct. The store was open 9am-730pm on 02/14 & 2/15 and noone came to deliver. Flowers were important as my father died and before he passed he requested my mother to have flowers sent to her from him ON Valentine’s day...not days later. Very unhappy with my FTD membership and to offer me 30% off for flowers to be delivered days later and a lie that they had been delivered is not the quality of customer service that I would expect from FTD.”
“I placed an order a month in advance for my friend to receive roses on Valentine's Day. After paying over $100 after exchange my friend has yet to receive her flowers and FTD gives canned responses to my concerns. When they were given over a month to get it right, the very expensive order is still yet to arrive. Not acceptable.”

“The flowers, being a gift, arrived appearing wilted, smashed from packaging, and almost dead. The vase selected was suppose to be red, but clear one was given instead. “I want to give a 1 star review but flowers were delivered, just not what I ordered. Beware, I ordered from FTD and they sent the order to this local florist as seen on the envelope that came with the order. On FTD's website you select the arrangemnent then select standard, deluxe or premium. I chose premium but standard was delivered. The delivery guy is also on camera not ringing the doorbell and leaving the flowers sitting outside for over 2 hours before we realized they had been delivered. One of the flowers is missing half of its petals and another is drooping. Absolutley angry that a local florist decided to save themselves money and deliver a standard arrangment. I will no longer order flowers online and you have a better chance just buying flowers at your local grocery store. Ater filing a complaint with FTD they decided to refund 30% of the payment. They should have re-delivered exactly what I had ordered along with a 50% refund.”

“I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers three days in advance, and they were still undelivered after 9 pm. A service rep said they would come the next dat - but that was unacceptable. I was able to get a refund, but there is absolutely no excuse for such service. The company obviously is more interested in taking orders than in satisfying customers. This is the last time I will use FTD. I encourage others NEVER to use them. Wish I could have left zero or negative stars.”

“It’s Valentine’s Day 2025. My daughter and grandson didn’t get their flowers and strawberries, and it is 7:46 pm. I’m an FTD Plus member and pay those annual fees; still, I placed the order several days ago for florist delivery today. Guess what. Tracking shows they SHIPPED the order TODAY. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 34 minutes. I’m done with FTD. What a horrible business!”

This company is awful to deal with and I’m not 100% it’s not a scam! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day and I kept tracking them and all it said delivery scheduled and finally I got an email at 7 o’clock at night saying it was delivered and it was never delivered. I wait on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to someone who has no idea what they’re doing, and I could hardly understand who continues to tell me that they need to speak to the florist to see if the flowers were delivered. Save your money purchase flowers elsewhere. I will never do business with this company again.”
