I ordered the Kindhearted Bouquet as a gift. Pale pink roses, ivory lillies and Alstromera. Gentle and elegant.
What was sent was mostly some cheap greens and a few flowers stuck in.
I was embarrassed by the gift and will make sure that I never send an FTD product again.
