“I'm so disappointed. Your customer service agent just read and don't really hear what the customer. I feel like the agents are not empowered to tell the truth. They are reading a script. I will NEVER use you again.”

“Flowers were ordered online to be delivered. Flowers were delivered 3 days after agreed to. They didn’t have any problem taking my money when the order was placed knowing they couldn’t deliver on time. Flowers were for my 4 year old niece’s recital. Occasion was missed. Will never order from here again”

“I engaged their services, hoping for investment and professional guidance, but I was let down when my experience didn't meet those hopes. I suffered a loss of $58,500 in less than a month, which was incredibly frustrating. Looking back, I realized I should have done more research before proceeding. “Do not order from FTD. I ordered flowers and chocolate. First confirmed delivery date was missed. On second day the wrong flowers were delivered and no chocolate. I called and was advised they would redeliver. That never happened. Called again and was given another redelivery date with a percentage off. Never received chocolates or flowers I purchased. Do not order from FTD.”

“I ordered a deluxe bouquet that consisted of at least 4 different types of flowers. I expected my order to look like the sample images, give or take minor differences in flower variety or color. What the recipient received was a measly 9 roses in an oversized vase, hardly a bouquet. While disappointing it would've been acceptable had they made a huge bouquet of only roses if they didn't have other varieties but this was just insulting. I complained to customer service and had to press them so hard to give me a 100% refund. At first they offered 30% then 50% of the original amount which was a joke. I kept telling them that I expected a full refund and I didn't want another potentially upsetting redelivery.”

“I placed $100 order and was not informed that if the recipient wasn’t home, they just leave the product out at the front door for no one to receive live flowers. This is the worst customer service ever and I literally wasted $100 that I can’t get back and when I made a phone call to customer service, they hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with it. “I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral home for a wake. The flowers were never delivered. When I called after the wake, I was told that I called too late. They would not be delivered. Absolutely embarrassing experience.”

“My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day. The arrived a day late and wilted when I called the company Xavier’s flowers in Fall River ma I was treated so terribly like I was wrong for calling them I checked Xavier’s rating and they are a 1 rating because of the terrible flowers and customer service. I called FTD. They were going to send another bouquet the next day. I never got another bouquet I asked why are they using a company with such a bad rating with no answer I will never use FTD again …. I will submit the pictures of what was ordered and what was received..”

“Absolutely the worst!! This was such a prominent company back in the day. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers on 3 May to be delivered on the ninth only after I pay I’m notified it will not be delivered till the 12th. Today is the 17th and no flowers so I called the customer service line dispatched to an India call center Where they tried everything but to refund me my money until I was adamant about it. I will never use FTD ever again.”

“I would give them ZERO STARS, NEGATIVE STARS!! I ordered funeral flowers , a rosary made out of roses for inside the casket, to be delivered the day before the services . They called me 30 minutes before the services to tell me they couldn’t fulfill the order!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND IF YIU ACTUALLY WANT FLOWERS DELIVERED FOR AN OCCASION , I suggest you go elsewhere.”

“I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered five days in advance for Mother's Day. Scheduled for delivery the Saturday before. Delivery was pushed back FOUR times, first Monday, then Thursday, then Friday, then who knows when. Received customer service emails from multiple parties, including one claiming I had not responded to other emails, which was completely incorrect. My mother is elderly, ill, and I live across the country. Thanks to this completely incompetent company, Mother's Day seemed like an afterthought. Never buy anything through these folks.”

“Ordered a beautiful bouquet for our daughter on Mother’s Day. The flowers were never delivered. Customer Service said they would deliver them even if late. Late flowers never arrived. They offered a 30% refund. I insisted on a full refund. To date, no refund has been issued. Very poor business. Will never use FTD again.”

“I ordered daffodils for my aunt. Needless to say I am really disappointed. I thought I was going to get a beautiful plant, instead I got trash .so I called, and had them resend it again, the same thing. I called for a refund and they said no, water it, it will boom in 3 days. I paid 74 bucks, after complaining, they said they would give me a 15 dollar credit, I said keep it. No more FTD for me”

“I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. They called me on Mother’s Day and told me they were not able to deliver them until the day after Mother’s Day. They promised to call and apologize to my mom for the mix up. They never called and never delivered the flowers. When I called them to find out what happened, they said they could give me a partial refund. I told them that was fraud to offer a service, not provide the service and then refund part of the money back. They claim the money will now be fully refunded in a few days. We shall see.”

“I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my elderly mom on Monday 5/3 to be delivered on Friday 5/9 (2 days before Mother’s Day) I was told by 5 pm. Flowers were not delivered I was upset and canceled the order on 6/9 in the evening. Order was canceled and refunded. I had to buy something else last minute. Today 5/14 someone is calling me telling me they want to deliver the flowers today Wednesday (5/14/25) 3 days past Mother’s day. They must be deranged Mother’s Day is over it is too late. I am very disappointed with FTD Flowers first time ordering from them.”
