“Received the order but I was not impressed.
I was expecting red vibrant big blooming roses. Instead, I got small, dark red with several looking like they’re on their last leg roses. Not to mention they came uncut, which I was expecting them to already be cut and in a vase. So the work was on our end.
This was supposed to be a big surprised moment to my wife for our anniversary. It was a surprise but not a good one.

“I am so very frustrated I placed an order to be delivered to someone in another state that is family and has cancer. I picked beautiful flowers that I liked. They were an all white bouquet. The ones she received were bright pinks, orange and red. I called and they stated they would send out the correct flowers that very day or the next. I talked to her and none received. I called again and they said oh, those can’t be delivered until the 14th now. Three days later. I verified the date again and then they said, oh we do not have those flowers. We will not be able to send until the 18th. A whole week later. I asked for a refund. I am very very angry!!!!!”
“I sent a plant through FTD for a funeral that was 3 days away. The plant never arrived at the church at all. When I called them , FTD said they could send the plant to my friend’s home but it would get there in another 1 and a 1/2 weeks! This is ridiculous and inexcusable for a company who delivers flowers overnight! Hopefully, my account will be reimbursed, as they said they would do, but I am concerned about that too! I would never tell anyone to use this service and I will never use them myself again.”
“Ordered sympathy flower arrangement four days in advance for delivery in Paris, France on day of a funeral. Flowers were never delivered. Two days after scheduled delivery date, FTD tells me that they were never able to make contact with the florist.”
“Wish I didn't need to even put one star. I ordered on Sunday, January 5, 2025 for same day delivery. Paid the fees. There was no message, no update by 11:00am January 6, 2025 confirming delivery or letting me know the order could not be delivered. I had to be told by a family member that the flowers were not yet delivered. That's when I contacted FTD and they could not even deliver on 1/6, but said I would need to wait until 1/7/25. So I would've had to wait three days to deliver flowers to my grieving family. I immediately cancelled the order and found another company online. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your flower delivery service.”
“Placed an $90 Order on flowers on 12/30/2024. Recipient never received them. I was never contacted by FtD.
On 1/6/2025, I called FTD to report that they were never received. They blamed florist.
They scheduled a re- delivery for tomorrow, but I’m beyond frustrated. If I would have never called to follow up, they would have taken my money but never made a delivery. I will never be using FTD again.”
“Ordered same day delivery at 8am on Friday 1/3/2025 for close friend’s birthday. At 5pm I called FTD’s outsourced customer service and was told they had to 8pm to deliver. As of Saturday 1/4 9:30am the package still was not delivered. They would not give the local florists name. I was charged almost $40 for the same day delivery. I cancelled the order and will not use FTD again, unreliable.”
“I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered the Friday before Christmas. I received 2 notification before Christmas stating that my order could not be delivered. I was then told it was scheduled to deliver the day after Christmas. December 26th came and went. I then received a cancelation notice that said they could not deliver as the product was not in stock. I was offered to either have another boquet of the florists choice delivered or a 30% refund! Of course I complained and was given 100% refund and was told a complimentary boquet would be delivered on 1/2/2025. The refund arrived but no delivery. I will never use this service again. Buyer beware and read the Google reviews!!”
“If I could give a negative review I would - I ordered a floral arrange for funeral for an employees parent 3 days before the event. I did not find out until 2 weeks after that the arrangement was cancelled and never delivered. I contacted FTD and got "I am so sorry" but we did try to contact you via email after the event to let you know). I did not receive any email notifications from FTD that they were cancelling this order and when asked why they did not call they simply stated that they sent an email. they then tried to tell me that they could not find a florist to do this because it was to close to Christmas. Then she tried to tell be that the closet florist was over 100 miles away (in a large city). Now our company looks terrible for not acknowledging a long time valued employees loss and all I got for it was "I'm sorry". DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this oversized and overpriced company that will not follow through on what you need.”
“One of if not the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with - never delivered my flowers. You told me you handed them to the person I sent them to. She never received them. After I called for the 3rd time - You promised me they would be re-sent the following day. You never re-sent them. I will not be recommending you to anyone I know, my company of 250 people or anybody else.

“First I ordered a very beautiful bouquet of flowers, so I thought and I paid premium. I got email flowers were delivered, was not, has to call, then the flowers they sent was the less value with a round vase, which in the order I made it was a square vase. I don't know why these flowers shops always advertise something and you get something totally different. It's horrible.”
“Flowers ordered on 12/18, to be delivered on 12/20. FTD said they delivered the bouquet to delivery address, never happened. Looked at order and they had used a non-existent address. Asked us to be patient until 8 pm on 12/20, never delivered bouquet. Flowers supposedly to be delivered on 12/21, never happened. Finally got a delivery of “floral trash” in a vase, looked liked scrap flowers, most were filler flowers that didn’t have stems. Looked absolutely nothing like the Deluxe bouquet order, looked like a 7 year-old crammed scrap flowers into a vase, definitely not a bouquet. Many calls and 14 emails, no flowers. They wanted to give us 50% off, asked us to be patient, give them additional chances to make it right. Finally argued a refund after many days and an inordinate amount of time/effort! We’re done with FTD, will never use this service again.”

“Regarding order 61738932542. This was sent to a patient in the hospital and was delivered by UPS to the shipping and receiving dock. They never made it to the patient. I'm appalled that FTD would treat a customers order like hospital supplies. I will never order on line again, or from your company. I was told by your company to call UPS.”
“I ordered flowers on the Thursday 12/26to be delivered on 12/27 to a friend who had a family death, got an email at 4.30 in the afternoon saying unable to deliver, will be delivered 3 days later!! Called this morning and was told delivery would definitely be today, got a call at 4.30pm today saying unable to deliver as florists closed until after new year which they are not!! Absolutely furious and canceled and demanded refund. Bloody useless company, NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!”
“I ordered flowers on 12/28. They were supposed to deliver flowers today(12/29) and they didn't deliver them. When I called around 6:15pm they said they would deliver them by 8pm and no delivery. I called at around 8:20pm and they apologized and offered a discount. I cancelled the order.”
