I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews before placing my order. I ordered an already overpriced arrangement and then spent even more by going with the exquisite bouquet. The arrangement delivered was half of what was shown on the order screen and they missed the delivery time for a business by almost two hours. I asked them to provide the name of the local florist and they would not. Go figure. I would not recommend FTD nor the FTD florist in Ft Myers they subbed the order to.
