I ordered 20 peonies. I received 10 wilted peonies. I was offered a 30% discount. I declined and they offered 50% off. I was using the bouquet to test a tablescape, so they offered to resend. When they resent, they sent 9 out of the 20 peonies. They again offered a 30% discount and I declined. They offered a 50% discount and I declined. They finally transferred me to a manager. She spent 5 minutes verifying information. I explained the situation - less than half of the stems were sent. She told me she had to track the order and put me on hold for a few minutes. She came back and said the peonies would take a few days to bloom because they were delivered by UPS. She clearly was not listening to anything that I told her. After being on the phone for a half hour I was refunded.
