Worse company ever. My sister never received her easter flowers and FTD told me we just didn't deliver them. We'll stick a few more flowers in and deliver in a few days. I'm out $300 and no flowers and no one to talk to but overseas operators who have no clue how to help or understand. I'll never use FTD again. Stupid me, this was the second time they screwed up the delivery
