This morning I made a digital order for flowers around 8am to the school my wife works at. I didn't notice until after I ordered that there was a notice on FTD's page that said they may deliver as late at 6pm. The school my wife works at closes at 4pm. Tomorrow is Saturday.The website did not list which florist they had used, so there was no way to contact and clancel my order. When I called the 1800 number listed on FTD's page, it connected to an individual from a foreign country who had difficulty understanding English. When I was able to finally convey to him my dilemma, he claimed that my order was out for delivery, but when I used the websites, "track my order button", it just said that my order was "scheduled", and gave me no updates on my orders progress. I placed my order just before 8am this morning, it is almost 2pm now. I've had no word on my order and there are no options through the website to find out about it's progress.
