Ordered a beautiful bouquet for our daughter on Mother’s Day. The flowers were never delivered. Customer Service said they would deliver them even if late. Late flowers never arrived. They offered a 30% refund. I insisted on a full refund. To date, no refund has been issued. Very poor business. Will never use FTD again.
