I will never order flowers from you again. My order #60397131728 was never dilivered, not even after I called to ask that it be redelivered. The delivery address is not in a neighborhood where flowers would be stolen from the front porch. Not to mention the recipient was home to receive it. There was no proof of delivery either via photo. The address is correct BTW. I'd like a refund!
And this the not the first time this has happened.
