My friend sent me a picture of what was delivered and it was no where near as good as the advertisement for what I purchased. This happens frequently with orders - someone is making alot of money by being paid highly for below average flowers.

FTD sent my friends flowers via UPS. The calla lillies were turning brown the day of delivery. I’m so unhappy. They should have been in an air conditioned vehicle, not a UPS TRUCK, in Arizona!!

The arrangement was beautiful, but disappointing in my delivery. It arruved slightly damaged by delivery style for the sensitive flowers included. Also, the flowers were not as fresh as I'm used to - roses, as well as other flowers were more than half opened, and therefore did not have the longevity I've come to expect. I cannot include a photo since I discarded flowers yesterday

Flowers we're not to the quality and quantity that was shown in the photo when I purchased. I wanted same day delivery. After I placed the order I immediately recived a message that they could not do same day delivery. When the flowers were delivered two days later they were not delivered to the recipients apartment. They were left at the apartment office. This was a very disappointing experience.

The recipent of the flowers contacted his manager inquring about the flowers because he had no idea who sent them. It was a new baby gift, but the card had nothing to do with the baby or our company. Thank goodness he was aware that we send gifts to new parents. He and his wife did enjoy the flowers.

I ordered a premium bouquet for an important person in Leadership at our company for a celebration of life for her father who passed away. What they received was not a representation of what I had ordered and paid for. I called FTD with an issue and they were going to send out another bouquet the next day - and it looked the same as the original bouquet - the combination of those two together might have equaled what I ordered, but not really. In the future, I think that we will order directly from a florist and not FTD.

i was unhappy with the way my order was handled. first, i ordered on Sunday for a Monday delivery to a family member who was hospitalized in Ketchikan AK. i found out later in afternoon on Monday that they could not delivery that day, then a few hours later another message indicating they couldnt locate a florist at all. I feel like someone could have called me with this inforamtion to give me time to order elsewhere. there is a florist in Ketchikan i could have went directly to for this. It was not handled well at all.

I was excited to send what looked like a really beautiful bouquet for a very special occasion. Unfortunately, the arrangerment arrived a day later than requested, and it was very wilted so many of the blooms needed to be thrown out. When I called customer service, they apologized and said they would send a replacement bouquet at no charge. The replacement also arrived in very poor condition. I understand that it has been quite hot out, but I don't know why FTD does not partner with local florists so that the freshest flowers can be assured at time of deliver instead of shipping them in unstable conditions with the flowers boxed and waiting in a hot delivery truck. Very disappointing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone in NC, and received an email that they were delivered, but after speaking with the recipient they were not. I phoned FTD and was told that the one florist did not have the flowers and that another one would deliver a few days later and I would receive a 50% credit and a larger order. The recipient did receive the flowers via US mail which is not what I wanted or was told and the flowers did not look very fresh so I called again. Besides saying they were sorry, I did receive the credit, but I'm really disappointed in what and how they were received. I order through USAA and have not had this issue before.

Usually I love FTD but the mini rose bush I got delivered for my uncle’s funeral looked like it was picked out of a weed bed. It was not shaped like the picture and it looked sparse. Very disappointed.

The floral arrangement received was not what I ordered. The arrangement was about 1/2 the size of the one i ordered. The flowers themselves were very healthy and bright colors.

A wrote a review in early May for a floral order which was delivered May 1, 2025. In the review I asked to be contacted concerning the poor quality of the tulip product that was delivered. No one has ever contacted me, so how good is that? In light of that, I think a 2 star rating is generous.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $47,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RESORUS.COM, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on 5/9/25, two days before Mother's Day. I paid a total of $125.16 in order to get Saturday (weekend) delivery so that the flowers would be delivered to my mother on/before Mother's Day. However, the order was delivered on the following Monday, over two days late. I am dissatisfied, having paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The petals fell of the roses as I was taking the bouquet out of the delivery box. I complained to FTD (via the chat function on their website) when I realized they were going to be delivering late (this was before the bouquet actually arrived) and their response was "We can offer you a 30% discount". At that time, I opted for the discount; they "refunded" $19.90 to my payment card (NOT 30% as they stated). Then, when the bouquet finally arrived, the flowers were not fresh; the petals immediately fell off the roses as I took the bouquet out of the box. I used the chat function on the FTD site to complain again about the lateness and now the freshness of the bouquet and their response was to refund me an additional 20% (NOTE: it took two complaints to get the total 30% discount, and as of this writing I do not yet see the discount / refund on my payment card so this is not over yet). I am very disappointed at the outcome. This has happened in a previous experience (recent year) with FTD but I decided to give them another chance. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

Gorgeous Flowers arrived at our door for our 25th Anniversary! However 2days later some of the Flowers were already drooping and by day 4 a large portion of the flowers were done showing their Beauty! For $110 for a mixed flower arrangement, I was surprised, expecting them to last at least a week. Didn't even get the packet of solution to help them keep longer! The local grocery store flowers are much better at less than half the price!

Ordered a deluxe Parisian stroll bouquet approx US$80 for my daughter’s birthday. The website was easy to use & this bouquet looked beautiful. The bouquet arrived the following day all she received a 12 white pink tipped roses & some foliage. The bunch of roses only was nothing like the bouquet I had selected online.
