I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and paid extra to have them delivered the same day. The flowers were not delivered the same day(supposedly due to weather - it was raining) as requested and paid for. I called and recieved an apology but that doesn't change the fact that the flowers were not delivered on my friends birthday.
