Usually I love FTD but the mini rose bush I got delivered for my uncle’s funeral looked like it was picked out of a weed bed. It was not shaped like the picture and it looked sparse. Very disappointed.

The floral arrangement received was not what I ordered. The arrangement was about 1/2 the size of the one i ordered. The flowers themselves were very healthy and bright colors.

A wrote a review in early May for a floral order which was delivered May 1, 2025. In the review I asked to be contacted concerning the poor quality of the tulip product that was delivered. No one has ever contacted me, so how good is that? In light of that, I think a 2 star rating is generous.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $47,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RESORUS.COM, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on 5/9/25, two days before Mother's Day. I paid a total of $125.16 in order to get Saturday (weekend) delivery so that the flowers would be delivered to my mother on/before Mother's Day. However, the order was delivered on the following Monday, over two days late. I am dissatisfied, having paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The petals fell of the roses as I was taking the bouquet out of the delivery box. I complained to FTD (via the chat function on their website) when I realized they were going to be delivering late (this was before the bouquet actually arrived) and their response was "We can offer you a 30% discount". At that time, I opted for the discount; they "refunded" $19.90 to my payment card (NOT 30% as they stated). Then, when the bouquet finally arrived, the flowers were not fresh; the petals immediately fell off the roses as I took the bouquet out of the box. I used the chat function on the FTD site to complain again about the lateness and now the freshness of the bouquet and their response was to refund me an additional 20% (NOTE: it took two complaints to get the total 30% discount, and as of this writing I do not yet see the discount / refund on my payment card so this is not over yet). I am very disappointed at the outcome. This has happened in a previous experience (recent year) with FTD but I decided to give them another chance. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

Gorgeous Flowers arrived at our door for our 25th Anniversary! However 2days later some of the Flowers were already drooping and by day 4 a large portion of the flowers were done showing their Beauty! For $110 for a mixed flower arrangement, I was surprised, expecting them to last at least a week. Didn't even get the packet of solution to help them keep longer! The local grocery store flowers are much better at less than half the price!

Ordered a deluxe Parisian stroll bouquet approx US$80 for my daughter’s birthday. The website was easy to use & this bouquet looked beautiful. The bouquet arrived the following day all she received a 12 white pink tipped roses & some foliage. The bunch of roses only was nothing like the bouquet I had selected online.

I ordered sympathy flowers. I picked out the Living Spirit Dish Garden. It was a variety of 3 or 4 plants arranged in a basket with a few blooms added and a bow. I knew that the plants might be different and the bow and the blooms might be different colors based on availability at the time. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner but was so drab. Although the plants were healthy, there was no bow and there were no blooms which is what made the arrangement beautiful. I wish I knew which florist delivered it, so I could write a review for them specifically. Every arrangement at the funeral outshined the dull, mundane, colorless, dreary arrangement I paid nearly $90.00 for.

Ok arrangement but LATE. Delivery issues did not show for the day of delivery as promised/Paid for. Superviser promised a full refund plus free next day delivery. I thought that was amazing. The next day as they promised to deliver they did but never came through on the refund. Then I called to follow up and the said "I refused the refund!" Who would refuse a refund?? My friend did get the flowers but a day late after the event but the arrangement was very pretty. JJ

Ordered florwers for Valentine’s Day and they arrived the next day, there were not flowers in the not just the plant. For $70usd you would expect better service and quality.

I ordered chocolate strawberries for my fiancée and they came in looking like a murder scene. Packaging could be done differently in order to prevent this.

Ordered the Fiesta Bouquet - Deluxe to be sent for an 80th Birthday. The arrangement was so LESS THAN the picture shown on FTD's website. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the arrangement as it was no where near "Deluxe". Always contact a local florist directly, as I have in the past with much success.

What our daughter-in-law received does not even slightly match a picture of what we ordered. Very disappointed . In addition, your application did not let us to upload pictures of what we ordered and what was received

I should have checked reviews before ordering from FTD. Wanted a particular Christmas arrangement sent to a friend who lives away. The flowers did arrive. However the vase was completely different, and the flowers were not "arranged". Look like a toddler had shoved them in a Mason jar. Terribly disappointed.

Ordered a Christmas bouquet with lots of roses and spent $110. Just a received a picture of the gift from the recipient. There were just 6 roses and I feel robbed. Never had a bad experience before. This year I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered the Gingerbread House Mini Tree for two different households and they did not arrive as described. The tree was suppose arrive “in a tin pot with ornament's and battery operated lights.” I expected it to arrive as picture - it came in a plastic bucket with the ornaments in a bag and the lights not on the tree. So, not only did it not come in the tin pot that matches the decorations, as pictured, the recipient must supply the pot and self decorate the tree. This was a gift not a project. The best FTD was offer 50% refund, they were not responsive to my 100% dissatisfaction. I will not place another order as I now can’t trust that what I order will be delivered. The pictures show you what they publish on the website and what was delivered.
