“I ordered two arrangements for mother in law’s funeral service. One arrangement did arrive 15 minutes before the service started and one did not arrive at all. When I called about the arrangement they said they would send it out that afternoon (this was after the service and after everyone had left my house) and offered me $12 dollars off. The arrangements were beautiful but what good are they when the event (which is already a sad and stressful situation) is already open. Very disappointed.”
“I ordered a Restored Bouquet - PREMIUM. The premium was NOT delivered. Why do we pay extra for a very nice bouquet and then it is not delivered? I'm attaching two photos - 1. what was received. 2. what is advertised by FTD as the difference between the three levels of flowers. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially when this is in honor of someone who passed. FTD?????!!!!!”

“I would give zero stars if possible. Flowers arrived via UPS without water, in a very hot box. Completely dead. My wife, who is recently out of the hospital, literally laughed at the arrangement. It looks like one of those joke arrangements of dead flowers you send to someone you don't like.”

“Dear FTD, I consistently use FTD for flower arrangements. They have typically been beautiful and delivered on a timely basis. We recently attended three visitations/funerals and two of the arrangements were lovely. The third arrangement was received today, July 17, and while attractive, was technically not what I ordered and not comparable. I ordered the Radiance in Bloom BASKET. The arrangement that was delivered was in a small, square vase, not a basket, and significantly smaller and not the “Premium” arrangement I paid for. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this arrangement. I expect better service from FTD and the suppliers in the Chicago area. Unfortunately, I will look at other venders going forward.”

“I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and paid extra to have them delivered the same day. The flowers were not delivered the same day(supposedly due to weather - it was raining) as requested and paid for. I called and recieved an apology but that doesn't change the fact that the flowers were not delivered on my friends birthday.”

“I was shocked when my mom’s birthday flowers were an entirely wrong bouquet. Also, flowers were droopy snd petals falling off as she took them out of the box. I complained and they first only gave 25% off. I said that wasn’t really acceptable and they gave another 25%. They are overpriced as it is so in my opinion, 50% off still doesn’t make up for it. I gave up complaining and just wont ever use them again. I am so embarrassed I sent them to my mom. Posting a pic of what I ordered and what was received for $86”

“Iam VERY upset with this company! I ordered these specifically for my mother in laws birthday..... which was TODAY.... that's why i put the delivery date today, and they NEVER came today!!!. I should have never used this company.
