“I realize that fflower substitutions are sometimes necessary when the flowers pictured are unavailable but the shape/style of the arrangement should be fairly similar to the chosen arrangement. The arrangement sent has no resemblance to the one I chose. I don’t even like what was sent and am so disappointed that I will never order from FTD again.”

“This time I was very pleased! The flowers I ordered and had sent to my mother arrived on time & were exactly what I ordered. And they were beautiful! Last time at Christmas (in fact 2 Christmases in a row), the flowers never came & when a substitute was sent, they were not what I ordered. Customer service did give me a refund.”

“I only order from FTD specifically because a local florist will prepare and deliver the flowers, which will all be in bloom and look lovely. My sister’s birthday flowers were delivered in a box. Only some were blooming upon delivery, so she never got to see the full bouquet at its best. I am very disappointed.”

“Flowers came slightly wilted and unbloomed. I figured it would be ok after a day but the next day they started to die. Shortest lasting flowers I’ve ever purchased.”
