“Referencing Order #603457985. I sent a review prior to receiving the photos from the recipient, of which I regret. Order was delivered on day promised, however the quality was totally unsatisfactory and premium arrangement was not as advertised (roses, lilies, alstroemeria). I contacted customer service and was offered a partial refund, and service representative said a new arrangement would be sent to the grieving family. It is my hope that the problem will be rectified for me to continue my business with FTD and to make recommendations to use.”

“Ordered a bouquet specifically for the amount of specific flowers and colors. What was ordered and what was sent was not even close. While I know things can be switched out, it was ridiculous for what we were charged vs what we ordered. It looked like they threw whatever waws left over and did not go by the picture what so ever.”

“Bought flowers for my daughter’s birthday and flowers showed a day late and dead. FTD refunded the money I paid extra to ensure timely delivery but have completely lost my trust. Easy to order flowers but what good is it if shipped in a box and dead. Don’t waste your money get a local florist these guys are crooks”
