“I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my 90 year old Aunt for Mothers Day. It was very important so I ordered them way in advance. The order was not delivered on the expedited date I paid for and then I was told it would be delivered the next day which is the day before Mothers Day and still she didn't get them. FTD canceled my deliver without a message, email or call. This is the second year In a row they didn't deliver. Last year the broke my personalized vase and would not fix another one in time even though it was there fault. I will never order flowers from FTD again. They have the worst delivery service. I'm a very unhappy customer and customer service did not assist at all but rather made it me feel like it was my fault instead of theirs.š„µš” Sincerely a very upset no longer a customer.”
“Absolutely the worst people to deal with. Ordered flowers for my mother 6 days before Motherās Day. They called me 4 times asking for the phone number of the recipient and after all that, the flowers did not get delivered. They said they would get there on the Monday after Motherās Day. Every single person I spoke with barely spoke recognizable English and were the most incompetent group of customer service reps Iāve ever dealt with. One guy even hung up on me. Never again”
“A week and a half before Mother's Day, I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 10 (the day before Mother's Day). The confirmation I received from FTD confirmed the delivery date of May 10. May 10 arrives - no flowers. I checked tracking which now said they would be delivered on May 12 (the day AFTER Mother's Day). I call customer service, which confirmed FTD was now delivering on May 12 because, as the customer service representative explained, "it's a busy time of year." No kidding - that's why I ordered a whole week and a half in advance. After suggesting that FTD should have told me that it couldn't deliver on May 10 at the time I ordered (or at least that it couldn't guarantee the delivery date and that flowers deliver for Mother's Day AFTER Mother's Day were pretty much worthless, I was offered a 30% discount. Then a 50% discount. I countered each time with full refund since I wasn't getting the benefit of the bargain. After 20 minutes on the phone I finally got the full refund, which is the right result, but why did I have to fight to get there? It just adds insult to injury. I will never order from FTD again.”

“Sent my Mom flowers for Motherās Day and had them delivered on Friday. I was trying to avoid the rush and thinking the quality might be better if done early. No vase, flowers in a box. I ordered the Deluxe and couldnāt be more DISAPPOINTED. More greenery than flowers and some of the flowers had mold on the stems. Mom is looking to see if we can identify which florist was used.”

“This morning I made a digital order for flowers around 8am to the school my wife works at. I didn't notice until after I ordered that there was a notice on FTD's page that said they may deliver as late at 6pm. The school my wife works at closes at 4pm. Tomorrow is Saturday.The website did not list which florist they had used, so there was no way to contact and clancel my order. When I called the 1800 number listed on FTD's page, it connected to an individual from a foreign country who had difficulty understanding English. When I was able to finally convey to him my dilemma, he claimed that my order was out for delivery, but when I used the websites, "track my order button", it just said that my order was "scheduled", and gave me no updates on my orders progress. I placed my order just before 8am this morning, it is almost 2pm now. I've had no word on my order and there are no options through the website to find out about it's progress.”
“Don't use this company. I ordered flowers for my daughter's first Mother's Day, day. Her flowers were to be delivered Saturday. I got the tracking number, looked it up and the company changed the delivery date to Monday. I got a $10.00 "sorry" refund and that was all. They have no guarantee on their orders. I always use 1-800-Flowers, and I am kicking myself for changing companies for this order.

“Iāve used FTD for years. Iāve been a faithful customer. I ordered flowers for my sister who is in the hospital. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered followed by an email saying they could not be delivered. The flowers were to be delivered to a hospital in a small town & no other hospital with that same name. FTD is blaming it on a wrong zip code. Are you kidding me???! The customer service agents can barely speak English! I verified the address a number of times. The flowers should have been delivered on Tuesday & they still have not arrived. I could have driven the flowers to my sister six hours away 10 times by now. Never again will I use FTD.”
“I ordered the Kindhearted Bouquet as a gift. Pale pink roses, ivory lillies and Alstromera. Gentle and elegant.
What was sent was mostly some cheap greens and a few flowers stuck in.
I was embarrassed by the gift and will make sure that I never send an FTD product again.”
