“The flowers are ok. Not quite as full as I would have expected with a step up. What I’m not happy with was the delivery issue. Upon receiving my email receipt when ordering online I noticed that the recipients last name was my last name. I found no way to notify FTD of the error. The flowers were for my mom in a retirement community. Luckily I was able to call where she lives and had to explain the issue. It’s a wonderful place and they went out of their way to make sure that the person who would expect the flowers upon arrival knew the name problem and got them to her.
The lady two times I have placed orders FTD flowers I have been unhappy. Makes me sad for such a longstanding company with a good reputation. I would hate to abandon my years of using FTD.”

“The arrangement was beautiful, but disappointing in my delivery. It arruved slightly damaged by delivery style for the sensitive flowers included. Also, the flowers were not as fresh as I'm used to - roses, as well as other flowers were more than half opened, and therefore did not have the longevity I've come to expect.

“Flowers we're not to the quality and quantity that was shown in the photo when I purchased. I wanted same day delivery. After I placed the order I immediately recived a message that they could not do same day delivery. When the flowers were delivered two days later they were not delivered to the recipients apartment. They were left at the apartment office. This was a very disappointing experience.”

“The recipent of the flowers contacted his manager inquring about the flowers because he had no idea who sent them. It was a new baby gift, but the card had nothing to do with the baby or our company. Thank goodness he was aware that we send gifts to new parents. He and his wife did enjoy the flowers.”

“Are you kidding. I placed my order a week in advance and it was never delivered. No one called to say there was a problem with the order. I called to see where my order was no reason why the flowers were not delivered no apologies now that we missed my aunts birthday they say the will arrive now3 days late. I cancelled the order.”

“I was very disappointed with my recent order #60388278120, "Fresh Peony Bouquet," delivered in New York City 06/27/2025. The package was opened (with excitement) almost immediately on arrival, the base of the stems cut and the peonies place in water. After a day or two, 3 or 4 in the bunch opened partially -- never fully, to this day. Two stems seemed dead on arrival. And the rest of the peonies in the bunch never opened at all. What could have happened? Were they frozen in shipment? A sad waste of over $100. R. Duvall”

“I ordered a premium bouquet for an important person in Leadership at our company for a celebration of life for her father who passed away. What they received was not a representation of what I had ordered and paid for. I called FTD with an issue and they were going to send out another bouquet the next day - and it looked the same as the original bouquet - the combination of those two together might have equaled what I ordered, but not really. In the future, I think that we will order directly from a florist and not FTD.”
