I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement for pickup and had a very frustrating experience. The initial address provided for the florist was not mappable. After contacting customer service, they sent a different address — which turned out to be in a residential neighborhood. I questioned this, noting that there were no shops visible on Google Maps and asked for a Yelp link or any confirmation that it was a legitimate storefront. Customer service simply resent the same address and pickup window without addressing my concerns. When I went to the address at the scheduled pickup time, there was no shop there — just a private residence. I took photos and sent them to customer service. I’ve since been told that a supervisor will contact me, but as of now, I’ve spent time driving to a nonexistent pickup location on Valentine’s Day. This experience was disappointing and stressful on a day when reliability matters most.

What I ordered and what I got. Not even close to the same thing. The plant i got was just sad. Came in a basket with a bow and a bunch of moss. Nothing like what was described. I would not recommend.

The flowers arrived on valentines in the evening for one thing. The flowers leaves when my husband was putting it together was all over the floor some roses were falling of the stem, the roses doesn't look fresh at all and he spent alot of money on this arrangement when Publix has better looking arrangement for 10 times cheaper! Did I mention that it arrived that evening? The day was over....

The service was awful. I never received the flower arrangement my husband sent me. The delivery person delivered the wrong one. It was meant for someone else. They left it at the door and didn't even knock. It was arranged by Smith Flowers in Kaysville, Utah. No one answered the phone any of the times I tried. Next time, my husband will use a different company. Terrible service 👎🏼

Horrible experience! I've been using FTD for years now to get flowers delivered to loved ones. This year, as I have in years past, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my fiancee at work on Valentine's Day. The first problem I had was that 1 week after I successfully placed an order for sunflowers, I received an email saying they were now out of stock. So I had to call and cancel and place a new order because customer service was incapable of simply updating my current order with new flowers. Now, today, February 14, I wake up to find an email saying that the delivery failed due to the business being closed. My fiancee does work at a sheriff's office, which yes, the lobby is closed on Saturdays. But if the delivery driver would simply look anywhere on the wall or door, he would see there is not only a phone or pick up but also a pager to get connected with someone. I'd door dash can figure this out, why can't UPS? Never had problems like this before. Very, very frustrating.

I ordered, and was charged, for the 'Premium' size, but they delivered a 'Standard'. They delivered to the wrong address entirely, and a kind neighbor delivered to me. Add-ons look extremely cheap. Will NEVER order from them again.

Accidently ordered from here instead of 1800 flowers like usual. Order was completely wrong and the best they would do is refund $11. Never use them again.

The flowers were ordered 2.11/26 for delivery by 2/14; same day delivery advertised. On 2/13 email sent stating the flowers would not be one day late but 2 days late and delivered on Monday 2/16/2026. What a disappointment. On Friday they were still advertising delivery on 2/14. They are not truthful and there resolution is to offer $10.00 coupon on a future disappointment fool me once shame on you, fool me twice same on me. No thanks.

When I order the flowers I thought they have arrived in a vase which I paid extra for. They came in box with a broken vase $132.00. What a big disappointment never again. Customer just bad as the delivery could not understand the language terrible!! Never again

The only reason for FTD to exist is to communicate with the customer. They don't own the shop, flowers or delivery. They are just a website middleman. You would think that they would be good at communicating. Nope. They have just optimized their website to take you money and upsell you more. I ordered a small bouquet for over $100. I received the order confirmation. Not messaging when the delivery was being prepared, shipped, on the way, estimated delivery time, nothing. Until the delivery was placed in front of the office door, in the hall. They didn't even ring the bell! I received an image 20 minutes later of the lonesome flowers in the hall on the floor. Terrible customer service. I wrote them. They called and asked if the delivery was received. I said yes, they hung up... Really? Save some money and help a small flower shop. Look up a nearby shop in Google, order directly from them. Cut out FTD.

FTD is pure trash!!! Do not waste your money. I ordered 50 long stemmed roses and got 50 ugly and dying roses some cut to 5 inches long. I’m am FURIOUS!!! I own an internet radio station that is listened to worldwide. I will campaign about how horrible FTD is and I will advise all of my listeners to NEVER EVER purchase from this trashy company.

They took my order on 2/4 to be delivered on 2/12. Now the say they are too busy to deliver it but took my money. What a crock. I will never use them again.

Not impressed at with the flowers or the delivery. The box was placed upside on the front porch destroying multiple flowers, multiple flowers where already dying upon delivery, as well as their delivery person didn't call the number that FTD asked me to provide in case of issues. Absolutely terrible service and I wouldn't recommend.

This company is terrible. I ordered an arrangement for my mom's 75th birthday. They said it was delivered, but when I called because it was nowhere to be found, they couldn't provide proof. I had to contact support three separate times to get a solution. They outsource all of their support, which is extremely difficult to deal with. The only solution they provided me was to deliver it TWO DAYS after I initially needed it to be delivered. Once it was finally delivered, it was about half the size it was advertised as.

Do NOT use this flower service! I was extremely disappointed with the quality and overall outcome of the bouquet. None of the flowers that were in the picture were replicated in the bouquet. It looked tacky and was poorly assembled. Don’t waste your money.

FTD has lost all my future business. I ordered a lovely bouquet for my wife and accidentally put the wrong delivery date in. With more than 2 weeks until delivery and a desire to have a LATER delivery date. FTD said that the order was already set and that I could not make an edit.
