FTD did not fulfill this order and it was placed on Monday with the flowers to be sent to a memorial service scheduled for Saturday in a church . They did not even attempt to deliver the flowers to the service, instead I received an email notice of "incomplete delivery " after the service was over. The delivery time could and should have been verified ahead of time by either calling me or the church. This is the last time I will use FTD for any orders .
