BEWARE of possible bate and switch!!
I paid for a beautiful full spray of casket flowers, but received an embarrassingly small spray that didn't even cover half of the casket.
After complaining to the FTD customers service department, I received a partial refund, however, I still overpaid for what I received.
I'm including photos of what I ordered versus what I received.
There was supposed to be a card included, but there wasn't no card, so I'm unaware of the actual FTD Florist who filled my order.
