Ordered flowers on FTD and they were delivered to the wrong address. I was told I was getting a partial refund but in reality I received a credit that was only good for two months, and didn’t even cover the full delivery charges of $19.99. I will NEVER use FTD again. I will call the florists directly because at least then you know who you’re dealing with and can work directly with the florist handling your flowers. FTD has become a nightmare to use.
